BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING The accompanied drawing is a side perspective view illustrating the go-cart embodiment according to the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION A compact yet functional, energy-efficient, and sustainable electric mini car powered by a 72V 3000W electric motor has been disclosed, which is a safe and environmentally friendly vehicle suitable for urban commuting and short-distance travel. The 72-volt electric system of the go-cart according to present invention delivers 3000 watts of power to the wheels, which propels the vehicle forward with instant acceleration and provides a range of around 75 km with a speed of up to 50 mph. Chassis and Framework The chassis of the go-cart provides unparalleled stability and durability. The rear axle is securely mounted to the reinforced frame, distributing power effectively and ensuring optimal handling. The front axle and steering column are welded and integrated into the framework, allowing the vehicle to withstand significant pressure and weight. This structural integrity ensures the vehicle's safety during operation. According to present invention, the front axle mounted to the steering column forms an integral inventive structure which provides enhanced stability and durability to the go-cart under high pressure and weight. Go-cart according to present invention discloses possible use of underbody steel reinforcements for structural integrity, eqquipped to handle combined weight and power efficiently. Powertrain The go-cart is equipped with a 72V 3000W electric motor and a 20Ah battery system. The motor controller regulates power delivery and integrates smart functionalities, including locking mechanisms and a burglar alarm. The powertrain is housed in a specialized compartment that facilitates maintenance and enhances efficiency, making the vehicle a reliable choice for urban commuters. Braking Mechanism Go-cart according to present invention discloses a hydraulic braking mechanism with a custom handbrake for better control, preventing clutter in the foot area. A self-made lifting mechanism in the braking handle for precise application, showcases unique engineering. The braking system incorporates a go-cart pump and a hydraulic line for independent operation, ensuring precise control. The custom made handle and stabilizer system allow effortless braking, enhancing driver safety. The structure is welded using innovative components, showcasing a blend of practicality and innovation. The braking mechanism of this go-cart represents an innovative integration of practical engineering and inventive thinking, combining diverse components in a unique configuration. At the core of the braking system is a go-cart pump connected to a separate hydraulic line, which operates independently yet effectively within the vehicle's braking structure. This system channels force efficiently to control the vehicle's speed and stability. The braking handle and stabilizer system have been crafted with a self-made lifting mechanism that allows precise control over the application of the brakes. Notably, the entire structure has been custom-welded, utilizing a variety of mechanical parts sourced and assembled specifically for this function, since each part has been adapted and fitted with the intention of maximizing durability, ease of use, and responsiveness. This structure emphasizes a commitment to robust functionality, using readily available materials in an unconventional setup. This unique configuration not only enhances control but also optimizes the overall braking effectiveness, representing an ingenious approach to go-cart engineering that balances simplicity with innovation. Advantages of a Hand brake system - (i) Prevents clutter in the foot area: Adding a foot brake alongside the accelerator pedal would have crowded the limited space in the footwell, potentially interfering with the driver's comfort and control. (ii) Enhanced control and accessibility: A handbrake allows the driver to independently operate the brake without altering foot positioning, which can provide better balance and control, especially in tight turns or sudden stops. (iii) Safety and simplicity: With a distinct handbrake, there is a reduced risk of accidentally pressing the brake instead of the accelerator, which could occur if both controls were foot-operated in proximity. (iv) Ergonomically suited: The handbrake setup is ergonomically suited, allowing the driver to use both hands and feet effectively without overlap, enhancing overall driving efficiency. (v) Ease of implementation: Integrating a hand-operated braking system minimized the need for additional modifications to the go-kart's foot area, allowing for a cleaner, more streamlined construction. Ergonomics and Driver Comfort The ergonomic feature comprises a cushioned seat with PU leather for comfort and durability. An adjustable steering bracket accommodates drivers of varying statures, ensuring optimal control and comfort. The nostalgic driving system simplifies navigation and enhances the overall experience. Storage and Practicality The go-cart according to present invention is equipped with dual storage boxes intended to serve also as bumpers during collisions. The soft-wood exterior crumples upon impact, minimizing damage and protecting the driver. Additional storage compartments in the electric box provide space for essential items, increasing the vehicle's utility. Environmental Sustainability The go-cart according to present invention is powered by clean energy, significantly reducing carbon emissions. This commitment to sustainability aligns with global efforts to combat urban pollution and foster a greener future. Advantages of the Invention 1. Compact and Practical: Ideal for navigating tight urban spaces. 2. Energy Efficient: Powered by a high-capacity electric motor. 3. Innovative structure: Combines aesthetics with functionality. 4. Enhanced Safety: Features include impact-absorbing bumpers and advanced braking mechanisms. 5. Environmentally Friendly: Promotes clean energy use and reduced emissions. Accompanied drawing is a preferred embodiment of the invention, in which 1 is the rear axle which is driver of the rear-wheel drive car mounted to the frame of the entire car with many reinforcements for strength due to the power of the car and combined weight; 2 represents ergonomic cushioned seat back with durable PU leather for sustainability and longevity of product along with providing maximum comfort at speed; 3 represents the innovative hydraulic braking mechanism with a strong functional and easily accessible hand break, in which hydraulic fluid easily is accessible to refill and service brakes; 4 is all-in-one welded and built steering column and front axle mounted to the integral structure of the cart to withstand high pressure and weight on the car; 5 is box houses the powertrain of the car, spinning the rear axle (72V 3000W 20ah battery and motor technology) along with the motor controller controlling features such as the locking mechanism, accelerator, alarm etc.; 6 represents adjustable steering position for different drivers with the simple adjustable bracket for the steering shaft mount to accommodate all drivers for the steering wheel to be in their hands; and 7 is multi-use sturdy storage boxes to also act as bumpers in the event of a collision to protect the driver and absorb some impact with the soft-wood outside to crumple.
