Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of rust removal, and particularly relates to an erosion device capable of continuously supplying abrasive. BACKGROUND

[0002] In recent years, China has vigorously promoted the construction of remanufacturing industry. Compared with manufacturing brand-new parts, for parts produced by remanufacturing, the cost is saved by 60%, the energy is saved by 50%, and the materials is saved by 70%. Waste that pollutes the environment cannot be generated in the production process. As a surface pretreatment process, rust removal is the first step of remanufacturing and plays an extremely important role in the whole remanufacturing process. At present, the demand for clean, efficient and easy-to-operate rust removal equipment is growing in China, and the equipment has a very broad application prospect.

[0003] The existing rust removal methods still mainly include mechanical rust removal methods, such as grinding, abrasive spraying and shot blasting, and chemical rust removal methods. In the traditional mechanical rust removal methods, the method is low in efficiency heavy in workload, and cannot adapt to the rust removal work of metal components with uneven and complex shapes on the metal surfaces. In the abrasive spraying and shot blasting rust removal methods of steel abrasive, the steel shot particle size is generally large, transition surfaces cannot be formed at the part where there is paint, and subsequent painting is not facilitated. Particle dust is produced in the rust removal process, so that the health of workers is harmed, and the environment is also polluted. Steel abrasive is unsuitable to be recycled since the cost is high. The chemical rust removal method is high in energy consumption, high in pollution and difficult to control, so the application of chemical rust removal methods in engineering practice has been strictly limited. At the same time, the jet angle of the existing rust removal equipment is fixed, rust removal is inconvenient for steel cables. SUMMARY

[0004] Based on the problems mentioned in the technique background, the present disclosure provides an erosion device capable of continuously supplying abrasive. The device solves the problem that a traditional rust removal method is low in rust removal efficiency, fixed in jet angles and inconvenient in steel cable rust removal.

[0005] The technical scheme adopted by the present disclosure is follows.

[0006] An erosion device capable of continuously supplying abrasive includes a carrying vehicle with a driving part. The carrying vehicle is provided with a mounting chamber. A water storage tank is mounted on the mounting chamber. A water inlet is formed in the water storage tank. A water circulation supercharger and an air circulation supercharger are mounted in the mounting chamber. A mixing device is mounted on the carrying vehicle. The mixing device includes a material mixing tank and a material grinding tank. A feeding hole is formed in the material grinding tank. The water inlet end of the water circulation supercharger is connected with the water storage tank, and the water outlet end of the water circulation supercharger is connected with the material mixing tank. The exhaust end of the air circulation supercharger is connected with the material mixing tank. A conveyor connected with the material mixing tank is mounted on the material mixing tank. The material mixing tank is connected with a flushing pipe. A rust removal spray head is mounted at one end of the flushing pipe. The rust removal spray head includes two semi-cylindrical shells which are hinged to each other. The two semi-cylindrical shells are connected through fasteners. A catching groove and a first transfer groove are formed in the semi-cylindrical shell. A rust removal core is arranged in the semi-cylindrical shell. The rust removal core is provided with a boss. A second transfer groove is formed in the boss. A plurality of jet orifices are formed in the second transfer groove. A plurality of fins are arranged in the second transfer groove.

[0007] On the basis of the above technical scheme, the following improvements are made in the present disclosure.

[0008] Further, a sealing groove is formed in the semi-cylindrical shell, and a sealing gasket is mounted in the sealing groove. After the two semi-cylindrical shells are closed, the gap between the two semi-cylindrical shells can be closed under the action of the sealing gasket so as to prevent the rust removal ability from being decreased due to the large water abrasive ejected from the gap between the two semi-cylindrical shells during the rust removal process.

[0009] Further, a plurality of blind holes are formed in the rust removal core. A bayonet lock penetrates into the blind hole. A spring is arranged at one end of the bayonet lock. The blind hole is internally screw joint with an anti-detaching ring. The bayonet lock penetrates into the antidetaching ring. A cable can be placed in the middle of the closed rust removal core through the bayonet lock so as to avoid excessive difference in impact force of the water abrasive ejected from the jet orifices on the cable. At the same time, one end of the bayonet lock is matched with the stretched surface textures, and the rotation of the rust removal core can also be guided.

[0010] Further, the fastener includes a hook buckle and a buckle seat. The hook buckle and the buckle seat are respectively mounted on the two semi-cylindrical shells. After the two semi-cylindrical shells are closed, the two semi-cylindrical shells can be fixed and kept in a closed state by inserting the hook buckle into the buckle seat.

[0011] Further, the conveyor includes a stepping motor mounted on the material grinding tank. A conveying cylinder is mounted at the bottom of the material grinding tank. A discharge hole is formed in the conveying cylinder. A screw conveying rod is mounted on the motor shaft of the stepping motor. The screw conveying rod is located in the conveying cylinder. The screw conveying rod is driven by the stepping motor to rotate to inject the abrasive in the material grinding tank into the material mixing tank. The injection speed of the abrasive can be controlled by controlling the rotating speed of the stepping motor, so that the purpose of deep rust removal can be achieved by continuously adding abrasive and controlling the mixing ratio of the water abrasive according to different corrosion degrees.

[0012] Further, the bottom of the material grinding tank is of a tapered structure. The abrasive in the material grinding tank is easier to concentrate into the conveying cylinder.

[0013] Further, a cap is mounted on the carrying vehicle. The mounting chamber, the water storage tank and the mixing device are all located in the cap. An armrest frame is mounted on the cap. Components and parts are protected and isolated. The walking direction of the carrying vehicle is convenient to control through the armrest frame.

[0014] The method has the following beneficial effects.

[0015] Firstly, the water circulation supercharger can inject water into the material mixing tank for supercharging. The conveyor can add the abrasive injected into the material grinding tank into the material mixing tank. The air circulation supercharger can inject air into the material mixing tank for supercharging so that the water and the abrasive in the material mixing tank are fully mixed to form water abrasive. The water abrasive is ejected through the flushing pipe and the rust removal nozzle for rust removal.

[0016] Secondly, the water abrasive has less damage to the surface of the material, so that subsequent coating of workpieces is facilitated.

[0017] Thirdly, the rust removal core can rotate, and the jet orifice rotates with the rust removal core and ejects the water abrasive to clean the steel cable for rust removal, so that no blind angle can appear and the rust removal effect is good. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
