The rubber industry not only provides light industrial rubber products such as daily and medical rubbers which are indispensable to people's daily lives, but also provides various rubber products or rubber components for heavy industries and emerging industries including mining, transportation, construction, machinery and electronics and the like. It can be seen that there are many types of products in the rubber industry, and the backward industries are very broad. However, the pressure of waste rubber materials on environmental protection is gradually increasing along with the use of rubber. Therefore, the recycling of waste rubber materials has become an environmental protection issue to be solved in the industry.
[0003] Chinese Patent No. CN201720935315.4 discloses a waste rubber processing device, which comprises a collecting barrel, wherein a spiral separator is arranged above the collecting barrel, an air extractor is arranged at the left side of the collecting barrel, a dust-proof bag is sleeved at an air outlet of the air extractor, an air inlet of the air extractor is connected to an upper side of an outer surface of the spiral separator through a pipeline, and a crusher housing is arranged at the right side of the collecting barrel. This waste rubber processing device has a simple structure and convenient operation, occupies a small space during use, and can well process the waste rubber. Flying dust can be effectively prevented by the dust-proof bag during the processing of the waste rubber, dust particles doped in rubber particles can be filtered and separated by the spiral separator, and then the rubber particles are collected in the collecting barrel. The waste rubber can be cut into rubber particles by a crushing blade, which facilitates the recycling of the waste rubber. A conveyor belt is applied to not only facilitate feeding but also save manpower, such that the working efficiency of the utility model can be effectively improved.
[0004] However, the following problems exist in this technical solution and in the prior art.

[0061] As shown in FIG. 12, the present embodiment provides a pretreatment method for recycling a waste rubber strip, comprising the following steps: step I, fixing treatment: fixing the waste robber strip to a top surface of an inclined block 502 in an inclined manner; step II, cutting an outer side of the waste robber strip: enabling a cutter 306 of a first cutting unit 3 to trim a part of the robber strip that is exposed at an outer side of an 14 inclined block 502; step III, performing a pretreatment on an inner side of the waste rubber strip: enabling a cushion block driver 504 to push a inclined cushion block 507 to be coplanar with the inclined block 502, such that a scraping strip 508 is positioned on a bottom surface 5 of the rubber strip; step IV, cutting the inner side of the waste rubber strip: enabling a cutter 306 at one side of a second cutting unit 4 to vertically cut a flat surface with respect to remaining part at an inner side of the inclined cushion block 507; and step V, closing and shaping: after the cutting is completed, smearing a closed 10 surface 50222 of a semi-finished rubber strip 5022 with a rolling coating roller 404, enabling closed surfaces 50222 of the semi-finished rubber strips 5022 on two sides to be closed and squeezed, and enabling the inclined cushion block 507 to be pulled back.
[0062] The above mentioned contents are only preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. Any modification, equivalent 15 substitution, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall all fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
