Description

Honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad structure and processing method and processing equipment Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to packaging materials for articles, and in particular to a honeycomb shockproof paper pad structure, a processing method and processing equipment. Background Art

[0002] With the development of logistics, people use logistics mail to realize the mobile transportation of documents, articles and other items. Based on this, packaging consumables have been widely used. Due to the wide variety of items involved, honeycomb grid shockproof paper pads have been widely used, especially in the packaging of fragile items for mobile transportation.

[0003] In the prior art, there are three types of shockproof materials: foamed shock-absorbing plates or blocks, bubble bags, and honeycomb grid shock-proof paper pads, which are used to achieve shockproof packaging for the transportation of fragile items. Both of the above shockproof packaging methods have the problems of occupying a large volume, being environmentally unfriendly, and having difficulty in recycling packaging waste. Honeycomb grid shock-proof paper pads need to be stretched before use to achieve a shock-absorbing effect. The prior art uses manual or machine stretching for the stretching of honeycomb grid shock-proof paper pads. However, after the paper grid shock-proof pads are stretched, due to their elasticity, if they are not constrained after stretching, the paper grid shock-proof pads will return to their original state before stretching due to their elasticity. This brings troubles to use.

[0004] Summary of the Invention

[0005] The present invention aims to address the technical problem of paper grid shock-absorbing pads returning to their original pre-stretched state due to elasticity after being stretched, which can cause problems in use. Based on the existing structure of existing honeycomb grid shock-absorbing paper pads, the present invention alters the existing structure of the paper grid shock-absorbing pads through a molding process, achieving a structure that maintains the paper grid shock-absorbing pad's shape after being stretched and shaped, preventing it from returning to its original pre-stretched state. To address this problem, the present invention discloses a honeycomb grid shock-absorbing paper pad structure, a processing method, and equipment.

[0006] The technical approach adopted by the present invention to achieve the purpose of the invention is:

[0009] The invention discloses a shaping method for a honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad. The method forms a shrinkage grid shockproof paper pad composed of a group of parallel arranged paper strips evenly spaced and bonded together, and then stretches and shapes the shrinkage grid shockproof paper pad.

[0010] Step A1. Stretch the shrunken grid shockproof paper pad into a honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad with hexagonal paper strips evenly spaced and bonded together;

[0011] Step A2: Pass the honeycomb shockproof paper pad onto the chamfered scraper while maintaining the tensile stress, forming a hexagonal paper strip with the upper and lower ends bent to one side after stretching.

[0012] Step A3. Feed the hexagonal paper strips prepared in Step A2, with the upper and lower ends curved to one side, into a pair of rollers with a designed gap for shaping and rolling, until they have the designed thickness. The unbonded portions of the paper strips have folded edges at the upper and lower ends, and the bonded portions have a honeycomb grid cushioning pattern with a central curve.

[0013] The design gap of the roller shaping rolling is that the distance between the outer circles of the rollers is less than or equal to 30-50% of the thickness of the honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad before it enters the rollers.

[0014] A honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad shaping device comprises a frame part, a scraping part and a shaping rolling part.

[0015] The scraping part includes: a flexible upper scraper and a flexible lower scraper, the flexible upper scraper and the flexible lower scraper are fixed on the frame part at an angle, and the distance between the flexible upper scraper and the flexible lower scraper is less than the thickness of the honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad;

[0016] The shaping rolling part includes: a pair of rigid forming rollers, which are fixed on the frame part, and the outer circle distance of the rigid forming rollers is less than or equal to 30-50% of the thickness of the honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad before entering the rigid forming rollers.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0033] See attached figure

[0034] A honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad structure is composed of a group of paper strips whose end faces are in a honeycomb grid structure and are evenly spaced and bonded to each other. The end face of the paper strip 1 is in a honeycomb grid structure. The paper strip 1 is provided with folded curved parts 1-1 at the upper and lower ends where it is not bonded, and a middle curved part 1-2 is provided at the bonded part.

[0035] Since the paper strips 1 are provided with hemmed and bent portions 1-1 at the upper and lower ends of the unbonded portion, and with a middle bent portion 1-2 at the bonded portion, the honeycomb grid shock-absorbing paper pad 3 is formed by providing the hemmed and bent portions 1-1 at the upper and lower ends and the middle bent portion 1-2 at the bonded portion. Due to the elastic recovery of the paper strips 1, the paper strips 1 will not return to their original parallel and close position after being formed, and the shock-absorbing effect of the honeycomb grid shock-absorbing paper pad 3 will be enhanced.

[0036] A method for shaping a honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad comprises: stretching and shaping a shrinkable grid shockproof paper pad formed by bonding a group of parallel paper strips evenly spaced and spaced together, and then performing the following steps:

[0037] Step A1. Stretch and expand the shrunken grid shockproof paper pad into a honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad with hexagonal paper strips evenly spaced and bonded together.

[0038] The purpose of step A1 is to first stretch the expanded state.

[0039] Step A2: Place the honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad onto the chamfered scraper while maintaining the tensile stress constant, so that the upper and lower ends of the stretched hexagonal paper strip are bent to one side.

[0040] The chamfered scraper will stretch the honeycomb grid shock-proof paper pad in the stretched and expanded state into a uniform expanded posture under the action of the chamfered scraper. At the same time, the chamfered scraper will make the upper and lower ends of the stretched hexagonal paper strip bend toward a unified side, making preliminary process preparations for the next step of bending forming.

[0041] Step A3. Send the hexagonal paper strip with the upper and lower ends bent to one side in step A2 into a pair of rollers with a designed gap for shaping and rolling to form a paper strip with a designed thickness. The upper and lower ends of the paper strip are bent at the unbonded part, and a honeycomb grid shock-proof paper pad with a middle bend is set at the bonded part.

[0042] The paper strip is shaped and rolled in the pair of rollers so that the upper and lower ends of the paper strip completed in step A2 have a uniform bending trend toward one side. The paper strip is formed by the pair of rollers to form folded edges at the upper and lower ends at the unbonded part.

[0043] The design gap of the roller shaping rolling is that the distance between the outer circles of the rollers is less than or equal to 30-50% of the thickness of the honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad before it enters the rollers.

[0044] In the embodiment of the present invention, the shaping and rolling in step 3 is repeated 2-3 times to further ensure that the hem bending does not elastically recover the hem bending shape.

[0045] In the embodiment of the present invention, the pair of rollers with a designed gap in step A3 are hot rollers, which press the unbonded portion of the paper strips with the hot rollers at the upper and lower ends into folded bends.

[0046] A honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad shaping device comprises a frame part, a scraping part and a shaping rolling part.

[0047] The scraping part includes: a flexible upper scraper 2-1 and a flexible lower scraper 2-2, the flexible upper scraper 2-1 and the flexible lower scraper 2-2 are fixed obliquely on the frame part 5, and the distance between the flexible upper scraper 2-1 and the flexible lower scraper 2-2 is less than the thickness of the honeycomb grid shock-proof paper pad 3.

[0048] The purpose of setting the flexible upper scraper 2-1 and the flexible lower scraper 2-2 is to evenly unfold the honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad 3, and at the same time, the upper and lower ends of the paper strip tend to bend toward a unified side to prepare for the process of forming a folded edge at the upper and lower ends of the paper strip at the unbonded part of the roller.

[0049] The shaping rolling part includes: a rigid forming pair of rollers 4-1, which are fixed on the frame part 5, and the distance of the outer circle of the rigid forming pair of rollers 4-1 is less than or equal to 30-50% of the thickness of the honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad 3 before entering the rigid forming pair of rollers 4-1.

[0050] In an embodiment of the present invention, the shaping rolling section further comprises: a secondary rigid forming roller pair 4-2, which is fixed to the frame portion 5. The outer diameter of the secondary rigid forming roller pair (4-2) is less than or equal to 50-65% of the thickness of the honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad 3 before entering the secondary rigid forming roller pair 4-2. The feed end of the secondary rigid forming roller pair 4-2 corresponds to the discharge end of the rigid forming roller pair 4-1. The secondary rigid forming roller pair 4-2 further shapes the hem bend.

[0051] In the embodiment of the present invention, the flexible upper scraper 2-1 and the flexible lower scraper 2-2 are brushes or serrated elastic sheets, which ensure that the honeycomb grid shockproof paper pad 3 is not damaged during use.

[0052] In the embodiment of the present invention, the rigid forming roller pair 4 - 1 or the secondary rigid forming roller pair 4 - 2 is a hot roller.
