Claims

1. An eco-conscious device, termed EcoRinse, comprising:a. A funnel at the top of said device for directing water flow;b. A detachable strainer associated with said funnel, configured for trapping food residues and allowing for the clear passage of dirty water;c. A universally adaptable circular base, utilizing water pressure to secure a watertight seal on diverse sink designs;d. An affixed small human figurine serving as a real-time visual indicator of water usage levels.

2. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the circular base's design allows compatibility with multiple sink architectures, ensuring an adaptable water regulation solution, using water pressure to clog the sink.

3. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said human figurine provides an emotional connection to the user, signalling excessive water usage as it becomes more submerged.

4. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system encourages water conservation by facilitating reuse and signalling the user to drain accumulated water every 24 hours for optimal operation.

5. EcoRinse as claimed in claim 1, constructed using materials selected from a group consisting of 3D printed elements, and silicone, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.

6. EcoRinse as claimed in claim 1, constructed using bioplastics, for a more sustainable manufacturing process.

7. The device as claimed in claim 1, designed to inculcate responsible water consumption habits by visually representing consumption and promoting the minimal use of water during dish rinsing tasks.

8. A method of conserving water during dish rinsing tasks using the EcoRinse device as claimed in claim 1, the method comprising the steps of:a. Aligning the universally adaptable circular base of the EcoRinse device to a sink, utilizing water pressure to secure a watertight seal compatible with multiple sink architectures;b. Directing water flow into the funnel of the EcoRinse device, allowing for the clear passage of dirty water through the detachable strainer while trapping food residues;c. Monitoring water usage levels through the affixed small human figurine, wherein the submersion level of the figurine signals excessive water usage, establishing an emotional connection to the user;d. Facilitating water conservation by reusing and signalling the user to drain accumulated water every 24 hours for optimal operation, inculcating responsible water consumption habits;e. Implementing the process with the EcoRinse device, constructed using materials including 3D printed elements, silicone, or bioplastics to ensure durability, aesthetic appeal, and sustainable manufacturing.
