Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to the technical field of sealing water gates, and in particular to an automatic air-inflation and leaking-stoppage device of a water gate and an operation method thereof. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Water Gate equipment is widely used in hydropower and water conservancy projects and other projects, but after the water gate falls in water, there is some small or large gaps between the gate and the gate groove’s threshold due to many factors, such as damaged waterproofed bottoms of the gate, pits formed by eroding the threshold, and foreign matter sticking in the bottom of the gate. Because the waterhead is high at the gate, it is easy to cause a large amount of high-pressure water jets behind the gate, so it is very difficult to do waterproof work and drainage for high-pressure. People often throw coal cinders and stone slags in the front of the gate as an existing technology so far as to give such an unsatisfactory effect that it is also necessary for a diver to do underwater waterproof work, with very poor economy and very low efficiency, bringing a great danger to the diver and other workers and greatly impacting the progress of the project. Therefore, there is an urgent need for an intelligentized and simple solution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF SOME EMBODIMENTS As shown in FIGs. 1 ~4, an automatic air-inflation and leaking-stoppage device of a water gate includes the airbag 2 arranged at the bottom of the water gate 1, the front end of the airbag 2 is connected to the waterproof bottom 3 at the bottom of the water gate 1. The airbag 2 is designed to be a bag-like structure made from a soft elastic material, preferably elastic rubber and other materials, the airbag 2 may be integrated with the waterproof bottom 3 of the water gate, thus, when the waterproof bottom 3 is damaged, it can be replaced by means such as hot gluing or vulcanization, improving the economy and reliability in such a way for dual purpose. The airbag 2 is foldedly arranged close to the cavity structure at the bottom of the water gate 1, the upper side of the rear end of the airbag 2 is hung on the hook 5 by means of the sling 4, which is set at multi-points, and the hook 5 is fixed on the inner wall of the water gate 1 to avoid the water gate 1 from dispersing when it is normally opened and closed. The other end of the airbag 2 is integrated with the waterproof bottom 3, and fixed to the bottom of the water gate with water-sealing pressure plates and bolts, and the bolt hole on the airbag at this end is drilled in a whole rubber plate, so that around the inner and outer periphery of the hole there is no gap leading to the inside of the airbag, therefore, it does not bring anxiety about water leaking and air leaking from the bolt hole after the airbag has been inflated. By means of the inflation pipe 6, The air bag 2 is connected to the air-storing tank 7, which is fixed on the inside of the water gate 1, typically arranged in the cavity of the middle section of the water gate 1, and which is provided with the reflating unidirectional valve 8, the connection portion between the air-storing tank 7 and the inflation pipe 6 is provided with an airbag-inflating valve mechanism, and the reflating unidirectional valve 8 is used to inflate the air-storing tank 7. The air bag 2 is inflated through the inflation pipe 6, then the air bag 2 under the action of the high pressure of the gas-storing tank 7 dilates to riven the sling 4 and quickly expands, next quickly fills the leaking gap, driven by the high-speed leaking water flow in the leaking hole at the bottom of the water gate 1, so as to achieve the effect of leaking-stoppage. The air pressure of the inflated air-storing tank 7 can be determined in the light of the calculation to the pressure caused by the water depth arising from the drop of the water gate on the air bag 2, after the pressure in the air-storing tank 7 and the air bag 2 has balanced, the automatic inflation stops. The airbag-inflating valve mechanism may be designed in many forms. In order to ensure the reliability of the underwater inflation under the conditions of high water pressure and large flow, in this example, as shown in FIGs.5~7, the air bag-inflating valve mechanism includes a valve casing pipe 9 arranged at the connection portion between the air-storing tank 7 and the inflation pipe 6. The valve casing pipe 9 is a cone enlarging from top to bottom, arranged inside the air-storing tank 7, and fits in with the lower cone valve 10, which enlarges from top to bottom, and at the top of which the valve rod 11 is arranged. The sealing casing pipe 12 fitting with the valve rod 11 is arranged at the top of the air-storing tank 7, and the casing-pipe-sealing ring 13 is arranged inside the sealing casing pipe 12. The sealing plate 14 is arranged on the valve rod 11, and an annular casing pipe cover plate pressing against the sealing casing pipe 12 is arranged at the top of the air-storing tank 7. The return spring 15 is arranged between the sealing plate 14 and the lower cone valve 10, when no need to inflate the airbag, the lower cone valve 10 returns upwards under the action of the return spring 15. As the air pressure of the inflated air-storing tank 7 can be determined in the light of the calculation to the pressure caused by the water depth arising from the drop of the water gate on the air bag 2, the air-storing tank 7 inflates the air bag 2, and then stops inflating automatically after the pressure in the air-storing tank 7 and the air bag 2 has balanced. Preferably, the casing-pipe-sealing ring 13 adopts highly-elastic soft materials. The casing-pipe-sealing ring 13 is in close contact with the valve rod 11 to avoid the casing-pipe-sealing ring 13 from loosening when the valve rod 11 moves. The casing-pipe-sealing ring 13 is embedded in the sealing casing pipe 12, enabling the air stored in the air-storing tank 7 not to overflow from the sealing casing pipe 12, and also preventing external water from entering the air-storing tank 7. The sealing plate 14 and the valve rod 11 are fixedly connected with each other, and enabled to return upwards without applied pressure under the propulsive force of the return spring 15, thereby ensuring that the lower cone valve 10 is tightly combined with the valve casing pipe 9 to avoid the air in the air-storing tank 7 from overflowing from the lower cone valve 10, furthermore, the sealing ring 16 is arranged on one side of the sealing plate 14 close to the sealing casing pipe 12, so as to further enhance the sealing effect. When the valve rod 11 moves downwards, the lower cone valve 10 is disengaged from the valve casing pipe 9, and the air in the air-storing tank 7 enters the inflation pipe 6 from the ventilation hole 901 and the gap between the lower cone valve 10 and the valve casing pipe 9, and then enters the air bag 2. A plurality of ventilation holes 901 are arranged on the valve casing pipe 9. For the ventilation holes 901, when the lower cone valve 10 moves downwards, flow-passing gaps exist between the lower cone valve 10 and the valve casing pipe 9, thus the air in the air-storing tank 7 is discharged into the valve casing pipe 9 easily through the ventilation holes 901. Preferably, the sealing ring 16 is arranged on the upper side of the sealing plate 14, and the sealing ring 16 corresponds to the sealing casing pipe 12. Specifically, the ring-installing groove fitting in with the sealing ring 16 is arranged on the sealing plate 14, when the return spring 15 is reset, the sealing plate 14 leans against the lower end of the sealing casing pipe 12, and the sealing ring 16 plugs the bottom of the sealing casing pipe 12, so as to reduce air leakage. Preferably, the safety valve 17 is arranged on the air-storing tank 7, and the unidirectional valve 18 is arranged on the inflation pipe 6. The safety valve 17 is used to control the pressure inside the air-storing tank 7, when the inflation volume of the air-storing tank 7 exceeds its bearable pressure, the safety valve 17 opens to discharge the air, so as to ensure the safety of the air-storing tank 7. The unidirectional valve 18 is configured to prevent the air pumped into the air bag 2 from flowing backwards into the air-storing tank 7 under the pressure of water pressure and the disturbance of water flow, and affecting the effect of leaking stoppage. Preferably, as shown in FIG. 8, the upper end of the valve rod 11 extends to the upward aspect of the water gate 1, and the casing pipe 19 fitting in with the valve rod 11 is arranged on the water gate 1 to guide the valve rod 11, avoiding the valve rod 11 from deflecting during its up-and-down movement. The valve rod 11 is arranged below the gravity water-filling valve 20, the detachable heel block 21 is arranged between the gravity water-filling valve 20 and the top of the water gate 1, the top of the detachable heel block 21 is over the top of the valve rod 11, and the heel block groove 101 fitting in with the detachable heel block 21 is arranged on the top of the water gate 1. The gravity water-filling valve 20 on the water gate is usually used to fill the cavity behind the water gate with water to generate the horizontal pressure capable of lifting the water gate again, even if it is not necessary to fill the cavity behind the water gate with water, the gravity water-filling valve 20 arranged at the top of the water gate can inflate the air bag 2. When leaking stoppage is need, the detachable heel block 21 is removed, then the valve cover of the gravity water-filling valve 20 drops after falling the water gate to press downwards the valve rod 11, and actuates the airbag-inflating valve mechanism, which inflates the airbag 2 through the inflation pipe 6, finally the airbag 2 unfolds after finishing inflation. No need to start the inflation of the air bag is possible during the falling of the valve cover of the gravity water-filling valve 20. For example, the water gate is maintained above the water surface, when no need to start inflation, the detachable heel block 21 is placed under the valve cover of the gravity water-filling valve 20, and because the top of the detachable heel block 21 is over the top of the valve rod 11, it is also removed to hold the valve cover of the gravity water-filling valve 20 during the latter’s falling, thus, the airbag-inflating valve mechanism cannot be actuated to inflate the airbag 2. Preferably, a plurality of airbag-shaping baffle 22 are arranged inside the front end of the airbag 2, and the airbag-shaping baffles 22 are distributed in the length direction of the airbag 2, and connected to the inside of the airbag 2. Each airbag-shaping baffle 22 is preferably connected with the material of the airbag 2 by means of heat seal impaction. The airbag-shaping baffles 22 are rotationally installed on the baffle handle 23, which is arranged at the end of the airbag 2, and the airbag-shaping baffle 22 can rotate to fit in with various shapes of jamming matter at the bottom of the water gate. As the shape of the jamming matter and the jamming position at the bottom of water gate 1 are both different, the shape of the hole to be plugged is also different. Preferably, as the airbag-shaping baffle 22 is made from metal materials, the leaking-stoppage front end of the airbag 2 is effectively strengthened, so that after the airbag 2 is unfolded, it can be effectively jammed between the bottom of water gate 1 and the flow-passing bottom plate together with the airbag 2, so that it is easy to plug the leaking hole. Instead of hard connections, soft connections such as connection by rubbers or chains are adopted between each airbag-shaping baffle 22 so as to cope with the shape of the jamming matter. The airbag-shaping baffles 22 effectively expand to each other, so as to form a curved waterproof shape, achieving an optional waterproof effect. As shown in FIG.4, the airbag protrusion 201 is arranged on both sides of the front end of the airbag 2, and the cavity of the airbag protrusion 201 is communicated with the airbag 2. Because in the case that the jamming matter causes water leaking of the water gate, the airbag 2 and the waterproof bottoms at its both sides are weak points of water leaking, so that leaking holes are prone to occur. While the airbag 2 is inflated, due to the integrated communicating structure between the airbag protrusion 201 and the airbag 2, the airbag protrusion 201 is also filled with air to expand, and can be automatically squeezed into the leaking holes under the suction force arising from the leaking water of the leaking holes at both ends, so as to plug the leaking holes at both ends. This process is such done automatically by suction force arising from leaking water, so it is not only very reliable, but also ingenious and simple in design. Preferably, the outlet valve 24 and the leak-detecting inlet valve 25 are arranged on the airbag 2. After the airbag 2 has been used, it can be lifted with the water gate 1 and discharges air by means of a manual method through the outlet valve 24 arranged at the bottom of the airbag. After the airbag 2 has been folded, it is rehung at the hook 5 of the bottom of the water gate 1 for repeated use. The airbag 2 is further provided with the leak-detecting inlet valve 25, so as to repair the leaking part of the airbag 2 after carrying out temporary inflation and leak detection prior to use. An operation method of an automatic air-inflation and leaking-stoppage device of a water gate includes the following steps. SI. Hanging the airbag 2 on the hook 5 by means of the sling 4, then normally starting the water gate 1. S2. When water leaking occurs at the bottom of the water gate 1, enabling the valve cover of the gravity water-filling valve 20 to fall, then pressing downwards the valve rod 11 only under the gravity of the gravity water-filling valve 20 instead of external power by adopting the gravity water-filling valve structure in the water gate itself, next actuating the airbag-inflating valve mechanism, which inflates the airbag 2 through the inflation pipe 6, next enabling the air bag 2 under the action of the high pressure of the gas-storing tank 7 to dilate to riven the sling 4 and quickly expand, then quickly fill the leaking gap, driven by the high-speed leaking water flow in the leaking hole at the bottom of the water gate 1, finally stopping inflating automatically after the pressure in the air-storing tank 7 and the air bag 2 has balanced. S3. In the case that the jamming matter causes water leaking of the water gate 1, filling the airbag protrusion 201 with air to expand, meanwhile inflating the airbag 2, then enabling the airbag protrusion 201 to plug the leaking holes at both ends under the suction force arising from the leaking water of the leaking holes at both ends, next stopping inflating automatically after the pressure in the air-storing tank 7 and the air bag 2 has balanced. S4. Lifting the water gate 1 after operation to enable the airbag 2 to rise with the water gate 1, thus resetting the gravity water-filling valve 20, then enabling the lower cone valve 10 to reset upwards under the action of the return spring 15, next closing the inflation pipe 6 and deflating the airbag 2 through the outlet valve 24, finally reusing the airbag 2 by hanging the sling 4 on the hook 5 after the airbag 2 has shrunk.
