A non-contact physiological information detecting module, an external chest compression module, an external defibrillation module, a respiratory ventilation module, a diaphragm muscle electrical stimulation module and a man-machine interaction module communicate under the same local area network, can complete intelligent decision making and automatic operation of the system, and can independently or cooperatively control an executing module to apply or cease chest compressions, defibrillation and ventilation. Preferably imaging photoplethysmography (IPPG) and a thermal imaging camera make up the information detecting module.
