[0010] (Embodiment) [1. Configuration of Information Processing System] An information processing system 1 shown in Fig. 1 will be described. As shown in Fig. 1, the information processing system 1 includes a terminal device 10, an information processing device 100, and a business operator device 200. The terminal device 10, the information processing device 100, and the business operator device 200 are connected to each other via a predetermined communication network (network N) so as to be able to communicate with each other via wired or wireless communication. Fig. 1 is a diagram showing an example configuration of the information processing system 1 according to an embodiment. Note that the information processing system 1 shown in Fig. 1 may include a plurality of terminal devices 10, a plurality of information processing devices 100, and a plurality of business operator devices 200.

[0011] The terminal device 10 is an information processing device used by a user. The terminal device 10 may be any device that can implement the processes in the embodiment. The terminal device 10 may also be a smartphone, a tablet terminal, a notebook PC (Personal Computer), a desktop PC, a mobile phone, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), or other device. The example shown in FIG. 2 illustrates a case where the terminal device 10 is a smartphone.

[0012] The terminal device 10 is, for example, a smart device such as a smartphone or a tablet, and is a mobile terminal device that can communicate with any server device via a wireless communication network such as LTE (Long Term Evolution) or 4G (4th Generation). The terminal device 10 may have a screen such as a liquid crystal display with a touch panel function, and may accept various operations on displayed data such as content, such as tapping, sliding, and scrolling, performed by a user's finger or a stylus.

[0013] 2, the terminal device 10 is used by a user U11. Hereinafter, the terminal device 10 may be referred to as the user U11. That is, below, the user U11 may also be read as the terminal device 10.

[0014] The information processing device 100 is an information processing device for easily measuring the body size at any position, and is realized by, for example, a server device, a cloud system, etc. For example, the information processing device 100 has a function of accepting a designation of a measurement position on the body, calculating the size of the designated measurement position as a measurement result based on a three-dimensional model of the user's body, transmitting the calculated measurement result, and learning the measurement position based on the designation of the measurement position.

[0015] The business operator device 200 is an information processing device used by a business operator that utilizes the user's body size. The business operator device 200 may be any device that can implement the processes described in the embodiment. The business operator device 200 may also be a device such as a smartphone, a tablet terminal, a notebook PC, a desktop PC, a mobile phone, or a PDA. The example shown in FIG. 2 illustrates a case where the business operator device 200 is a desktop PC.

[0016] The provider device 200 is a device that can communicate with any server device via a wireless communication network such as LTE or 4G, similar to the terminal device 10. The provider device 200 may have a screen such as a liquid crystal display with a touch panel function, and may accept various operations on displayed data such as content, such as tapping, sliding, and scrolling, performed by a user's finger or a stylus.

[0017] 1 shows a case where the terminal device 10 and the information processing device 100 are separate devices, but the terminal device 10 and the information processing device 100 may be integrated. Similarly, the information processing device 100 and the business device 200 may be integrated.

[0018] 2. Example of Information Processing The information processing system 1 shown in Fig. 2 will be described below. Fig. 2 is a diagram showing an example of information processing by the information processing system 1 according to the embodiment.

[0019] The information processing device 100 accepts a designation of a measurement position from the provider device 200 (step S101). For example, the information processing device 100 accepts the designation of a measurement position based on a 3D model of the user displayed on an output unit 230, such as a monitor, of the provider device 200. Note that in FIG. 2, the information processing device 100 accepts the designation of a measurement position based on a 3D model M11 of the user U11. However, the information processing device 100 may also accept the designation of a measurement position based on a 3D model of a user other than the user U11, or may accept the designation of a measurement position based on a general-purpose 3D model created for designating a measurement position. Also, in FIG. 2, the information processing device 100 accepts the designation of a measurement position based on a 3D model as a body model indicating the body size of the user U11. However, a two-dimensional model (2D model) may also be used as long as the model indicates the body size of the user U11, and is not particularly limited.

[0020] 2, a 3D model M11 of a user U11 is displayed on the output unit 230 of the business operator device 200. Here, the 3D model M11 displays reference positions (appropriately referred to as "external reference positions") that serve as references for measurement positions outside the body in accordance with rules that were defined in advance when the 3D model was created. That is, on the 3D model M11, lines indicating reference positions (hereinafter referred to as "reference lines") are displayed superimposed in fluorescent colors or the like, including neck circumference P1, chest circumference P2, arm circumference (right) P3-R, arm circumference (left) P3-L, waist P4, waist (above hip bone) P5, hips P6, arm length (right) P7-R, arm length (left) P7-L, thigh circumference (right) P8-R, thigh circumference (left) P8-L, inseam (right) P9-R, inseam (left) P9-L, calf circumference (right) P10-R, calf circumference (left) P10-L, ankle circumference (right) P11-R, and ankle circumference (left) P11-L.

[0021] Based on the reference position, the operator of the business operator device 200 specifies the measurement position from which the body size data is to be collected using a mouse or other means. The operator of the business operator device 200 can directly specify the external reference position, or can specify an arbitrary measurement position by adjusting the displayed reference line using a mouse or other means. In the example shown in FIG. 2 , the operator of the business operator device 200 fine-tunes the measurement position near the specified chest circumference P2 by dragging the reference line for chest circumference P2 up and down with the mouse pointer. At this time, the operator of the business operator device 200 can, for example, use the mouse pointer to change the arm length or the start and end points of the inseam, or specify to measure the area or volume enclosed by the reference line for waist P4 and the reference line for waist (above the hip bones) P5.

[0022] Furthermore, the operator of the business operator device 200 can specify the measurement positions from which the body size is to be collected by using a mouse or the like, based on a reference position (appropriately referred to as an "internal reference position") that serves as a reference for the internal body of the measurement position estimated from the 3D model. Here, the internal reference position refers to the position of the skeleton or internal organs, etc., estimated from a model (kinetic model) of the user U11's movements created from the 3D model M11, and is displayed, for example, superimposed on the 3D model M11 in a fluorescent color or the like as a point indicating the reference position (hereinafter referred to as a "reference point"). For example, the operator of the business operator device 200 can specify that the length between any joints be measured by clicking the reference points of multiple joints on the 3D model M11 with the mouse pointer.

[0023] The operator of the business operator device 200 can also specify measurement positions from which the body size data is to be collected by operating the body size measurement garment used to create the 3D model. Here, the body size measurement garment used to create the 3D model is, for example, the garment specifically designed for measuring body size described in Patent Document 1, but any garment can be used as long as it can acquire information for specifying measurement positions on the 3D model. Furthermore, the body size measurement garment can be any garment used to measure the size of the hands, feet, or face, and is not particularly limited. For example, the operator of the business operator device 200 can specify that the length of any measurement position be measured by shining a laser pointer on the body size measurement garment worn by the user U11.

[0024] Furthermore, the operator of the business operator device 200 can specify a measurement position from which the body size is to be collected based on the drawing on the 3D model by using a mouse, etc. For example, the operator of the business operator device 200 can specify that the length, area, volume, etc. of any measurement position be measured by drawing a line or drawing a circle on the 3D model M11 with the mouse pointer.

[0025] The information processing device 100 accepts the designation of a measurement position from the terminal device 10 (step S102). For example, the information processing device 100 accepts the designation of a measurement position based on a 3D model of the user displayed on an output unit 13 such as a monitor of the terminal device 10. Note that in FIG. 2, the information processing device 100 accepts the designation of a measurement position from the terminal device 10 based on the 3D model M11 of the user U11, but the information processing device 100 may accept the designation of a measurement position based on a 3D model of a user other than the user U11, or may accept the designation of a measurement position based on a general-purpose 3D model created for designating a measurement position.

[0026] In the example shown in Figure 2, the output unit 13 of the terminal device 10 displays a 3D model M11 of the user U11, and the user U11 slides his or her finger on the 3D model M11 to specify the measurement position around the knee (left). The user U11 can also specify the measurement position from which the body size is to be collected based on the reference line of the external reference position or the reference point of the internal reference position displayed on the 3D model M11. The user U11 can also specify the measurement position based on the operation of the body size measurement clothing worn by the user U11. Furthermore, the user U11 can also specify the measurement position based on the drawing on the 3D model M11.

[0027] The relationship between the designation of a measurement position by the business operator device 200 (step S101) and the designation of a measurement position by the terminal device 10 (step S102) will be described. The processes of step S101 and step S102 shown in FIG. 2 are merely examples, and the processes may be executed in an order different from that shown in FIG. 2, or some processes may be omitted. That is, the business operator device 200 may be the only one to designate a measurement position, or the terminal device 10 may be the only one to designate a measurement position. Furthermore, the measurement position whose designation is accepted first may be given priority, or the measurement position whose designation is accepted last may be given priority.

[0028] Furthermore, the user U11 may specify measurement positions so that they can be corrected by the user U11. For example, if the operator of the business operator device 200 specifies the top bust and under bust as measurement positions for use in manufacturing a brassiere, the user U11 can correct the specified measurement positions by indicating the exact positions of the top bust and under bust on the body size measurement garment worn by the user U11. In this case, the measurement positions may be indicated on the body size measurement garment by irradiating a laser from the terminal device 10 of the user U11, or the measurement positions may be indicated by the body size measurement garment itself emitting light, or the measurement positions may be indicated on a 3D model displayed on the output unit 13 of the terminal device 10.

[0029] As explained in steps S101 and S102 above, the information processing device 100 is a device that accepts designation of measurement positions on the body. The information processing device 100 is also a device that accepts designation of measurement positions identified based on reference positions outside the body defined by a body model. The information processing device 100 is also a device that accepts designation of measurement positions identified based on reference positions inside the body estimated based on the body model. The information processing device 100 is also a device that accepts designation of measurement positions identified based on operations on body size measurement clothing used to create the body model. The information processing device 100 is also a device that accepts corrections to the designation of measurement positions by the user.

[0030] The information processing device 100 calculates the size of the measurement position based on the user's 3D model (step S103). For example, when the outer periphery of a position other than the reference line shown in FIG. 2 is specified as the measurement position, the information processing device 100 calculates the outer periphery based on information acquired when the 3D model M11 of the user U11 was created. In this case, if there is no information corresponding to the specified measurement position, the information processing device 100 may calculate the body size based on information estimated from the 3D model M11, or may send an instruction to the terminal device 10 to remeasure.

[0031] Furthermore, when calculating the size of a measurement position, the information processing device 100 can also correct the specified measurement position. For example, when the user U11 specifies a measurement position on the 3D model M11 with his / her finger, the information processing device 100 corrects the line or plane whose start and end points are specified so that it is parallel to the ground, and calculates the body size using the corrected line or plane as the specified measurement position. At this time, the information processing device 100 may display, on the output unit 13 of the terminal device 10, a message to confirm whether correction is necessary or a screen to select a correction method.

[0032] As explained in step S103 above, the information processing device 100 is a device that calculates the size of the measurement position as a measurement result based on a 3D model of the user's body. Also, the information processing device 100 is a device that calculates the measurement result by correcting the measurement position.

[0033] The information processing device 100 transmits the calculated measurement results to the business device 200 (step S104). For example, the information processing device 100 transmits size information of the measurement position specified by the business device 200. At this time, the information processing device 100 may transmit size information of the measurement position specified by the terminal device 10, or may transmit size information of the measurement position corrected by the user U11, or size information of the measurement position after correction. Furthermore, the information processing device 100 may transmit only size information of the measurement position permitted by the user U11. Furthermore, the information processing device 100 may transmit the measurement results to another terminal (not shown).

[0034] The information processing device 100 transmits the calculated measurement results to the terminal device 10 (step S105). For example, the information processing device 100 transmits size information of the measurement position specified by the terminal device 10. At this time, the information processing device 100 may transmit size information of the measurement position specified by the business operator device 200, or may transmit size information of the measurement position after correction. Furthermore, the information processing device 100 may transmit the measurement results to another terminal (not shown).

[0035] As explained above in steps S104 and S105, the information processing device 100 is a device that transmits the calculated measurement results. Note that the processes in steps S104 and S105 shown in Fig. 2 are merely examples, and the processes may be executed in a different order from that shown in Fig. 2, or some processes may be omitted.

[0036] The information processing device 100 learns the received designation of measurement positions (step S106). For example, the information processing device 100 uses a learning model to learn the measurement positions designated by each business as the measurement positions designated by the business device 200. That is, the information processing device 100 learns the measurement positions from which each business wants to collect body measurements and the tendency of adjustments from external reference positions. The information processing device 100 also uses the learning model to learn the measurement positions corrected and amended by user U11. For example, the information processing device 100 learns the underbust position corrected by user U11, and when calculating the measurement results of the underbust position of another user, it can calculate the underbust size based on the learned measurement positions.

[0037] As explained in step S106 above, the information processing device 100 is a device that learns a measurement position based on the designation of the measurement position. Also, the information processing device 100 is a device that learns a corrected measurement position.

[0038] As in steps S101 to S106 described above, the information processing device 100 accepts the designation of a measurement position from the provider device 200 or the terminal device 10 of the user U11, calculates the size of the measurement position based on the 3D model M11 of the user U11, and transmits the calculated measurement results to the provider device 200 or the terminal device 10 of the user U11. Conventionally, measurement positions were defined, such as the waist P4 and hips P6, making it difficult to use for various services. However, it is now possible to measure the size of any position, making it possible to collect more usable body size data. In other words, it is expected that detailed data will be provided to businesses that require body data necessary for various services such as underwear, dieting, health care, sports, games, and fashion.

[0039] Furthermore, the information processing device 100 can accept corrections to the measurement position designation by the user U11, correct the measurement position, and learn the accepted measurement position designation. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the time and effort required to designate and correct the measurement position in the past. Furthermore, more accurate size measurements can be expected compared to the past.

[0040] 3. Configuration of Information Processing Device Next, the configuration of the information processing device 100 according to the embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the information processing device 100 according to the embodiment. As shown in Fig. 3, the information processing device 100 has a communication unit 110, a storage unit 120, and a control unit 130. Note that the information processing device 100 may also have an input unit (e.g., a keyboard, a mouse, etc.) that accepts various operations from an administrator of the information processing device 100, and a display unit (e.g., a liquid crystal display, etc.) that displays various information.

[0041] (Communication Unit 110) The communication unit 110 is realized by, for example, a network interface card (NIC), etc. The communication unit 110 is connected to the network N by wire or wirelessly, and transmits and receives information to and from the terminal device 10, the business operator device 200, etc. via the network N.

[0042] (Storage unit 120) The storage unit 120 is realized by, for example, a semiconductor memory element such as a RAM (Random Access Memory) or a flash memory, or a storage device such as a hard disk or an optical disk. As shown in Fig. 3 , the storage unit 120 has a user information storage unit 121 and a business information storage unit 122.

[0043] The user information storage unit 121 stores information about each user. For example, the user information storage unit 121 stores a "user ID" as identification information for each user, "3D model information" as information about the 3D model of each user, "size information" as the body size of each user, "time information" as the time when the size information was measured, and "user position information" as the measurement position specified or corrected by each user.

[0044] The business operator information storage unit 122 stores information about each business operator. For example, the business operator information storage unit 122 stores an "business operator ID" as identification information of each business operator, and "business operator position information" indicating the designation or modification of the measurement position by each business operator.

[0045] (Control Unit 130) The control unit 130 is a controller, and is realized, for example, by a CPU (Central Processing Unit) or an MPU (Micro Processing Unit) using RAM as a work area to execute various programs stored in a storage device inside the information processing device 100. The control unit 130 is also a controller, and is realized, for example, by an integrated circuit such as an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) or an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array).

[0046] 3, the control unit 130 has a receiving unit 131, a calculating unit 132, a transmitting unit 133, and a learning unit 134, and realizes or executes the information processing functions described below. Note that the internal configuration of the control unit 130 is not limited to the configuration shown in FIG. 3, and other configurations may be used as long as they perform the information processing described below.

[0047] (Reception unit 131) The reception unit 131 receives designations of measurement positions on the body. For example, the reception unit 131 receives designations of measurement positions identified based on reference positions outside the body defined by the body model. That is, the reception unit 131 receives designations of arbitrary measurement positions identified based on reference positions outside the body defined when the 3D model was created, such as the neck circumference, chest circumference, arm circumference, waist, waist (above the hip bones), hips, arm length, thigh circumference, inseam, calf circumference, and ankle circumference. The reception unit 131 also receives designations of arbitrary measurement positions identified by an operator of the business operator device 200 or an operation on a terminal by user U11.

[0048] The receiving unit 131 also receives designation of measurement positions identified based on reference positions inside the body estimated based on the body model. That is, the receiving unit 131 receives designation of arbitrary measurement positions identified based on reference positions inside the body, such as the skeleton including multiple bones and joints, muscles, internal organs, and blood vessels, estimated using a kinetic model created from information about the user's 3D model and movements. The receiving unit 131 also receives designation of arbitrary measurement positions identified by an operator of the business operator device 200 or an operation on a terminal by the user U11.

[0049] The receiving unit 131 also receives a designation of a measurement position identified based on an operation on the body size measurement garment used to create the body model. That is, the receiving unit 131 receives a designation to measure the body size of an arbitrary measurement position by an operation of the operator of the business operator device 200, such as by illuminating the body size measurement garment worn by the user U11 with a laser pointer, by making the body size measurement garment emit light, or by indicating the measurement position on the displayed 3D model M11. The receiving unit 131 can also specify to measure the length of an arbitrary measurement position by detecting a position on the body size measurement garment worn by the user U11, through an operation of the user U11.

[0050] The receiving unit 131 can also specify a measurement position from which body size data is to be collected by operating a mouse, etc., based on a drawing on the body model. For example, the receiving unit 131 can also accept a specification to measure the length, area, volume, etc. of an arbitrary measurement position based on a line or circle drawn with a mouse pointer on the 3D model M11.

[0051] Furthermore, the accepting unit 131 accepts a correction of the measurement position designation by the user. That is, the user U11 may designate a measurement position so as to correct the measurement position designated in advance by the business operator device 200.

[0052] The receiving unit 131 also receives the designation of the measurement position using the learning model. That is, the receiving unit 131 receives the designation of the measurement position for each user based on the designation, adjustment, and correction of the measurement position learned by the learning unit 134.

[0053] The reception unit 131 acquires various pieces of information from the user information storage unit 121 and the business information storage unit 122. The reception unit 131 also stores various pieces of information in the user information storage unit 121 and the business information storage unit 122.

[0054] (Calculation unit 132) The calculation unit 132 calculates the size of the measurement position as a measurement result based on a body model of the user's body. For example, when the circumference of a position other than the defined reference line outside the body is specified as the measurement position, the calculation unit 132 calculates the circumference based on information acquired by the body size measurement clothing when creating the 3D model M11 of the user U11.

[0055] Furthermore, the calculation unit 132 calculates the measurement result by correcting the measurement position. For example, when the user U11 specifies a measurement position on the 3D model M11 with a finger, the calculation unit 132 corrects the line or plane whose start point and end point are specified so that it is parallel to the ground, and calculates the body size using the corrected line as the specified measurement position.

[0056] Furthermore, the calculation unit 132 corrects the measurement position using the learning model. That is, the calculation unit 132 corrects the measurement position for each user based on the correction of the measurement position learned by the learning unit 134.

[0057] (Transmitting unit 133) The transmitting unit 133 transmits the measurement results. For example, the transmitting unit 133 transmits size information of the measurement position specified by the operator of the business operator device 200 to the business operator device 200 or the terminal device 10. The transmitting unit 133 also transmits size information of the measurement position specified by the user U11 to the terminal device 10 or the business operator device 200. The transmitting unit 133 may also transmit only the size information of the measurement position permitted by the user U11 to the business operator device 200. Furthermore, the transmitting unit 133 may transmit the measurement results to other terminals (not shown).

[0058] (Learning Unit 134) The learning unit 134 learns measurement positions based on the designation of measurement positions. For example, the learning unit 134 trains a learning model to identify corresponding measurement positions on the 3D models of other users based on the designation, adjustment, and correction of measurement positions performed on the 3D model M11 of user U11. The learning unit 134 also learns corrected measurement positions. For example, the learning unit 134 trains a learning model to calculate the body size of the corresponding measurement position on the 3D model of other users based on the correction of the measurement position performed on the 3D model M11 of user U11. At this time, the learning unit 134 may train the learning model by backpropagation or the like.

[0059] 4. Configuration of the Terminal Device Next, the configuration of the terminal device 10 according to the embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example configuration of the terminal device 10 according to the embodiment. As shown in Fig. 4, the terminal device 10 has a communication unit 11, an input unit 12, an output unit 13, and a control unit 14.
