Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of stirring devices, and in particular, to a combined water-fertilizer mixer, comprising a driving motor, a motor mounting support, a stirring tank cover, a stirring tank body, supporting legs, a liquid outlet pipe, a fertilizer inlet pipe, and a water inlet pipe. A stirring mechanism is provided inside the stirring tank body. The stirring mechanism consists of a driving stirring propeller and four driven stirring propellers. A gear transmission mechanism is provided inside the stirring tank cover and consists of a driving gear and four driven gears. When a fertilizer is to be stirred, a designed amount of fertilizer and water are fed in through the fertilizer inlet pipe and the water inlet pipe, and stirring is carried out after feeding is completed. Because of the influence of the centrifugal force generated due to the gravity and the rotation of the driving stirring propeller on a water-fertilizer solution, non-uniformity of the water-fertilizer solution may occur in stirring. The cooperation of different types of stirring blades mounted on the driving stirring propeller and driven stirring propellers can well solve the problem of non-uniformity in stirring and improve stirring efficiency.

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of stirring devices, in particular to a combined water and fertilizer mixing device. BACKGROUND

[0002] Xinjiang is the main producing area for cotton in China, accounting for more than 80% of the total cotton production in China. Cotton is a crop having high fertilizer requirement, and the demands for fertilizer are different in different growth cycles. Therefore, it is necessary to fertilize the cotton field at regular intervals during the growth of the cotton. In the past cotton fertilization, fertilization machinery was mainly used to spread solid granular fertilizer on the cotton. However, such a fertilization method not only has low fertilizer utilization rate and serious waste of resources, but also brings a series of problems such as cost rising. In recent years, with the introduction of water and fertilizer integration technology, this fertilization method has been replaced by a drip irrigation fertilization method.
