Claims

1. A reel seat that is provided on a grip of a fishing rod and allows a leg of a fishing reel to be attached and detached,wherein a main body of the reel seat comprisesa fixed hood that fixes at least a part of front and rear sides of the reel leg in an axial direction,a guide portion that is formed on the fixed hood and slides the reel leg to guide the reel leg to a predetermined installation position,a locking structure that is formed on a surface of the main body and a facing surface of the reel leg facing the surface of the main body, guides the reel leg to the guide portion, and restricts movement of the reel leg guided to the installation position, anda locking and releasing mechanism that releases a fixed state of the reel leg of which the movement is restricted by the locking structure.

2. The reel seat according to claim 1, wherein the locking structure has recess and convex portions that are formed on the surface of the main body and the facing surface of the reel leg facing the surface of the main body and are fitted to each other.

3. The reel seat according to claim 1, wherein a pair of fixed hoods is provided as a pair to fix the front and rear sides of the reel leg in the axial direction.

The reel seat according to claim 3,wherein the guide portions are insertion opening portions formed on opposite side surfaces of the pair of fixed hoods with respect to a central axis of the main body, andthe reel leg is guided to the installation position by rotating the reel leg with respect to the surface of the main body.

The reel seat according to claim 1,wherein the locking and releasing mechanism comprisesa protrusion that is provided to protrude and retract with respect to the surface of the main body and is biased by a spring,a fitting hole that is formed on the facing surface of the reel leg and into which the protrusion is fitted, anda release mechanism that is provided in the main body and releases a state in which the protrusion and the fitting hole are fitted by a biasing force of the spring.

The reel seat according to claim 5, wherein the release mechanism comprises an operation button that protrudes from the surface of the main body, and that releases a fitted state with the fitting hole by acting against the biasing force of the spring applied to the protrusion when the operation button is pressed.

7. The reel seat according to claim 5, wherein the reel leg is provided with a groove that guides the fitting hole toward the protrusion.

8. The reel seat according to claim 7, wherein the groove is formed in an inclined shape such that a contact portion with the protrusion, which is elastically biased by the spring, allows the protrusion to gradually retract as the reel leg is moved.

The reel seat according to claim 1,wherein the locking and releasing mechanism comprisesa protrusion that is provided to protrude and retract with respect to the surface of the main body and is biased by the spring to come into contact with the reel leg that has been moved to the predetermined installation position, anda release mechanism that is provided on the main body and releases a state in which the protrusion and the reel leg are in contact with each other.

10. The reel seat according to claim 2, wherein the recess and convex portions are provided at the center of the reel leg in the axial direction, and the locking and releasing mechanism is provided at an end of the reel leg.

A fishing reel that allows the reel seat according to claim 1 to be attached and detached,wherein the locking structure is provided at the center of the facing surface of the reel leg of the fishing reel, and the locking and releasing mechanism is provided at an end of the facing surface of the reel leg of the fishing reel.
