[0049] During sewing, a pocket is sewn according to a marking line on a cloth. First, the pocket is properly aligned to the marking line and then is sewn according to the marking line. However, during the sewing process, the issue that a pocket with a non-straight sewn seam needs to be reworked may occur, resulting in low production efficiency of the pocket.

[0050] To solve the above technical problems, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, the present embodiment provides a pocket sewing template for fixing a cloth (not shown in the figures). The pocket sewing template includes a top plate 1, a first limiting plate 2, a second limiting plate 3, an inserting plate 4 and a limiting assembly 5. The top plate 1 is provided with a sewing groove 11 for sewing a pocket, and the sewing groove 11 is a U-shaped groove for sewing the periphery of the cloth and an outer cloth 9 together to form a pocket. The bottom of the first limiting plate 2 is connected to the top of the top plate 1. The periphery of the top of the first limiting plate 2 is connected to the periphery of the bottom of the second limiting plate 3. The first limiting plate 2 and the second limiting plate 3 are each provided with a placement groove 21 for placing the cloth. Two placement grooves 21 are opposite to the sewing groove 11. The projection of the sewing groove 11 on the horizontal plane is located within the projection of the placement groove 21 on the horizontal plane. After the cloth is placed in the placement groove 21, the inserting plate 4 is movably disposed in the placement groove 21 and is configured to fold part of the cloth exceeding the placement groove 21 into a gap between the first limiting plate 2 and the second limiting plate 3 to form a sewing part 10. The sewing part 10 is disposed opposite to the sewing groove 11. The limiting assembly 5 is movably disposed between the first limiting plate 2 and the second limiting plate 3 and is configured to limit the sewing part 10 between the inserting plate 4 and the limiting assembly 5. The inserting plate 4 is detachably disposed in the placement groove 21. When the inserting plate 4 is inserted into the placement groove 21, the part of the cloth exceeding the placement groove 21 can be folded between the first limiting plate 2 and the second limiting plate 3, and the part of the cloth folded between the first limiting plate 2 and the second limiting plate 3 forms the sewing part 10. The sewing part 10 is disposed opposite to the sewing groove 11. When a to-be-sewn cloth is selected, it is ensured that the to-be-sewn cloth is larger than the placement groove 21. After the to-be-sewn cloth is placed in the placement groove 21, the excess part of the cloth is folded into the gap between the first limiting plate 2 and the second limiting plate 3 by the inserting plate 4. The folded part of the cloth is the sewing part 10, and the sewing part 10 can be fixed under the action of the limiting assembly 5. Therefore, the pocket sewing template has a simple structure and is convenient for the folding of the sewing part 10 of the cloth, thereby accelerating the sewing efficiency of the pocket.

[0051] Exemplarily, a first positioning groove 12 is provided on one side of the top plate 1, a third positioning groove 22 is provided on one side of the first limiting plate 2, and a fourth positioning groove 31 is provided on one side of the second limiting plate 3. During installation, the first positioning groove 12, the third positioning groove 22 and the fourth positioning groove 31 are disposed oppositely to each other. The top plate 1, the first limiting plate 2 and the second limiting plate 3 are sequentially bonded from bottom to top so that the placement groove 21 is disposed upward, where the limiting assembly 5 is disposed in the gap between the first limiting plate 2 and the second limiting plate 3.

[0052] In the present embodiment, the to-be-sewn cloth is placed in the placement groove 21, the to-be-sewn cloth is folded into the sewing part 10 by using the inserting plate 4, and the sewing part 10 is fixed by the limiting assembly 5, so that the sewing part 10 is ensured to be in a flat state during the sewing process of the pocket, avoiding the quality issue that the sewn seam is not straight caused by wrinkles, preventing a rework, and accelerating the sewing efficiency of the pocket.

[0053] As shown in FIG. 7, the limiting assembly 5 includes a first limiting piece 51 and a second limiting piece 52. The first limiting piece 51 includes a first limiting part 511 and a first hand-held part 515. The first limiting part 511 is connected to the first hand-held part 515. The first limiting part 511 is disposed between the first limiting plate 2 and the second limiting plate 3. The first hand-held part 515 is located on the outer side of the first limiting plate 2. The second limiting part 52 includes a second limiting part 521 and a second hand-held part 525. The second limiting part 521 is connected to the second hand-held part 525. The second limiting part 521 is disposed between the first limiting plate 2 and the second limiting plate 3. The second limiting part 521 and the first limiting part 511 are combined to form a limiting part contoured with the sewing groove 11. The second hand-held part 525 is located on the outer side of the first limiting plate 2. After the exceeding part of the cloth is folded to form the sewing part 10 by using the inserting plate 4, the first limiting part 511 and the second limiting part 521 move to the top of the sewing part 10 by adjusting the first hand-held part 515 and the second hand-held part 525, so that the sewing part 10 becomes flat, and the sewing quality is prevented from being affected by wrinkles occurring on the sewing part 10 during the sewing process.

[0054] To ensure the accuracy of limiting the sewing part 10 by the first limiting part 511 and the second limiting part 521, the limiting assembly 5 further includes a third limiting piece 53 and a fourth limiting piece 54. The third limiting piece 53 and the fourth limiting piece 54 are disposed within a cavity (which may be between the first limiting plate 2 and the second limiting plate 3) and are combined to form a limiting space 56. Part of the side wall of the first limiting piece 51 facing away from the first limiting part 511 is slidably connected to the inner wall of the limiting space 56 to enable the first limiting part 511 to move translationally. Part of the side wall of the second limiting piece 52 facing away from the second limiting part 521 is slidably connected to the inner wall of the limiting space 56 to enable the second limiting part 521 to move translationally. The translational movement of the first limiting part 511 and the second limiting part 521 can prevent three sides of the sewn pocket from tilting and the sewing quality of the pocket from being affected.

[0055] To ensure a translation state of both the first limiting piece 51 and the second limiting piece 52 within the limiting space 56, the side wall of the first limiting piece 51 facing away from the first limiting part 511 includes a first edge 512 and a second edge 513, and a first included angle 514 exists between the first edge 512 and the second edge 513. Moreover, the edge of the third limiting piece 53 facing the first limiting piece 51 includes a third edge 531 and a fourth edge 532, and a second included angle 533 exists between the third edge 531 and the fourth edge 532. The first included angle 514 is consistent with the second included angle 533. The first edge 512 can slide on the third edge 531 or the second edge 513 can slide on the fourth edge 532, and the length of the third edge 531 is greater than the length of the first edge 512, and the length of the fourth edge 532 is greater than the length of the second edge 513. When the first hand-held part 515 is moved, the first edge 512 slides on the third edge 531 at the beginning, and after the first included angle 514, the second edge 513 slides on the fourth edge 532.

[0056] The side wall of the second limiting piece 52 facing away from the second limiting part 521 includes a fifth edge 522 and a sixth edge 523, and a third included angle 524 exists between the fifth edge 522 and the sixth edge 523. The edge of the fourth limiting piece 54 facing the second limiting piece 52 includes a seventh edge 541 and an eighth edge 542, and a fourth included angle 543 exists between the seventh edge 541 and the eighth edge 542. The third included angle 524 is consistent with the fourth included angle 543. The fifth edge 522 can slide on the seventh edge 541 or the sixth edge 523 can slide on the eighth edge 542, and the length of the seventh edge 541 is greater than the length of the fifth edge 522, and the length of the eighth edge 542 is greater than the length of the sixth edge 523. When the second hand-held part 525 is moved, the fifth edge 522 slides on the seventh edge 541 at the beginning, and after the third included angle 524, the sixth edge 523 slides on the eighth edge 542.

[0057] To avoid an offset of the first limiting part 511 and the second limiting part 521 during a translation process, the values of the first included angle 514, the second included angle 533, the third included angle 524 and the fourth included angle 543 are set to be equal, the length of the first edge 512 is the same as the length of the fifth edge 522, the length of the second edge 513 is the same as the length of the sixth edge 523, the length of the third edge 531 is the same as the length of the seventh edge 541, and the length of the fourth edge 531 is the same as the length of the eighth edge 541. Therefore, an offset of the pocket caused by the offset of the first limiting part 511 and the second limiting part 521 during the translation process can be avoided.

[0058] Exemplarily, when the first limiting part 511 and the second limiting part 521 form the limiting part, a fifth included angle 57 exists between the first hand-held part 515 and the second hand-held part 525 to facilitate the adjustment of the positions of the first limiting part 511 and the second limiting part 521. The limiting assembly 5 further includes a fifth limiting piece 55. The fifth limiting piece 55 is triangular and disposed between the first limiting piece 51 and the second limiting piece 52, and an angle of the comer of the fifth limiting piece 55 facing the sewing groove 11 is consistent with the fifth included angle 57, so that the first limiting piece 51 and the second limiting piece 52 are separated from each other in parallel when the first limiting piece 51 and the second limiting piece 52 move toward the side closer to the fifth limiting piece 55. The fifth limiting piece 55 is provided so that the length and width of the limiting space 56 formed by the third limiting piece 53 and the fourth limiting piece 54 can be changed simultaneously by simply moving the first limiting piece 51 and the second limiting piece 52 in parallel toward the outside of the cavity, the error can be reduced when the first limiting piece 51 and the second limiting piece 52 move, and an offset of the sewing part 10 can be avoided.

[0059] Exemplarily, to conveniently pull the inserting plate 4 out of the placement groove 21 during sewing, the side wall of the first limiting plate 2 is provided with a first notch 23 and the side wall of the second limiting plate 3 is provided with a second notch 32. The first notch 23 and the second notch 32 communicate with the placement groove 21. The inserting plate 4 includes an inserting plate body 41 and an inserting plate handle 42 connected to the inserting plate body 41, and the inserting plate body 41 can be placed in the placement groove 21. The placement groove 21 is configured to be a U shape, and the side wall where the opening of the U shape is located is opposite to the side wall where a positioning mark is located. The inserting plate body 41 is contoured with the placement groove 21. When the inserting plate 4 is inserted into the placement groove 21, the inserting plate body 41 is inserted through the above opening, and similarly, the inserting plate body 41 can be pulled out from the opening.

[0060] Exemplarily, to conveniently pull out the inserting plate body 41, the pocket sewing template further includes a fixing plate 6. The fixing plate 6 is rotatably connected to the top plate 1 to clamp the cloth placed in the placement groove 21 between the top plate 1 and the fixing plate 6. The area of the fixing plate 6 is smaller than the area of the placement groove 21. A fifth positioning groove 61 is provided on one side of the fixing plate 6, and a second positioning groove 13 is provided on one side of the top plate 1. The second positioning groove 13 and the fifth positioning groove 61 are opposite to each other. The fixing plate 6 and the top plate 1 are rotatably connected together by an adhesive tape, and the mounting position of the fixing plate 6 needs to be aligned to the placement groove 21. Before insertion of the inserting plate 4, the fixing plate 6 is placed on the cloth in a rotating manner, and then the inserting plate 4 is placed in the placement groove 21. The material of the fixing plate 6 may be smooth so that the inserting plate 4 can be conveniently pulled out from the placement groove 21.

[0061] To prevent the cloth from sliding on the top plate 1 and affecting the sewing quality when the inserting plate 4 is pulled out, a frosted layer is provided on the top plate 1 inside the sewing groove 11. For example, the frosted layer is composed of a plurality of friction belts fixed on the top plate 1 at intervals, so that the friction between the cloth and the top plate 1 can be increased. The friction belts are made of some frosted materials, which will not be described in detail in the present embodiment.

[0062] As shown in FIGS. 1, 8, 9 and 10, the present embodiment further provides a pocket sewing device being used for sewing the cloth onto an outer cloth to form the pocket. The pocket sewing device includes a sewing machine 20, a sewing plate 7 and the above pocket sewing template 100. The sewing plate 7 is rotatably connected to the top plate 1, and the sewing plate 7 is connected to the sewing machine 20 so that the sewing groove 11 is aligned to the sewing machine head of the sewing machine 20. The sewing plate 7 is provided with a sixth positioning groove 71, and the connecting plate 8 is provided with a seventh positioning groove 81. When the connecting plate 8 is installed, the sixth positioning groove 71 is aligned to the seventh positioning groove 81, and then the connecting plate 8 is connected to the sewing plate 7. After the to-be-sewn cloth is fixed by the pocket sewing template 100, the outer cloth 9 is placed on the sewing plate 7. A sewing position 91 for sewing the pocket is preset on the outer cloth 9. The pocket sewing template 100 is rotated so that the placement groove 21 faces the sewing position 91 and the sewing groove 11 is aligned to the sewing position 91. The sewing machine 20 is a related art and will not be described in detail in the present embodiment.

[0063] The present embodiment further provides a pocket sewing method based on the above pocket sewing template and the above pocket sewing device, as shown in FIG. 11, the pocket sewing method includes the following: the to-be-sewn cloth (not shown in the figure) with an area larger than the area of the placement groove 21 is selected, and the periphery of the cloth is trimmed with scissors after the cloth is placed so that the size of the cloth conforms to the shape and the size of the pocket to be sewn.

[0064] In SI 10, the inserting plate 4 is placed above the cloth, and the part of the cloth exceeding the placement groove 21 is folded between the first limiting plate 2 and the second limiting plate 3 by the inserting plate 4. The part of the cloth folded between the first limiting plate 2 and the second limiting plate 3 is used as the sewing part, and the sewing part is disposed opposite to the sewing groove 11.

[0065] In S120, the limiting assembly 5 is moved and disposed between the sewing part and the second limiting plate 3, and the sewing part is fixed by the inserting plate 4 and the limiting assembly 5. This step may be as follows: the sewing part is fixed by the first limiting piece 51 and the second limiting piece 52 in the limiting assembly 5, the position of the first limiting part 511 and the position of the second limiting part 521 in the limiting space 56 are adjusted by the first hand-held part 515 and the second hand-held part 525, and the first limiting part 511 and the second limiting part 521 are respectively disposed between the sewing part and the second limiting plate 3, so that a non-straight sewn seam can be prevented, the rework can be avoided, and the sewing efficiency of the pocket can be improved.

[0066] The outer cloth 9 is laid on the sewing plate 7, and the sewing position 91 on the outer cloth 9 can be aligned to the sewing groove 11. The pocket sewing template is rotated, enabling the top plate 1 to be above the sewing plate 7, the placement groove 21 to face the sewing plate 7, and the sewing position 91 to be aligned to the sewing groove 11. In this case, the top plate 1 is at the uppermost layer in the pocket sewing template.

[0067] In S130, during sewing, the inserting plate 4 is pulled out and the limiting assembly 5 is moved to keep the limiting assembly 5 away from the sewing part. Under a joint action of the inserting plate 4 and the limiting assembly 5, it can be ensured that the fixed sewing part is not affected when the pocket sewing template is rotated. After the rotation is completed, the inserting plate 4 is pulled out, and the first limiting piece 51 and the second limiting piece 52 are moved to keep the first limiting piece 51 and the second limiting piece 52 away from the sewing part.
