A tape feeding device, characterized in that it comprises: a tape feeding reel (100); a cutting unit (500); a clamp (300), wherein the clamp (300) comprises: a first fixture (310); a second fixture (320) comprising at least one through hole (322); at least one push rod (330) having an upper end fitted into the through hole (322); a support base (340) located below the second fixture (320), and wherein the at least one push rod (300) is fixed to the support base (340).
