A loading rate of a cargo bed of a delivery vehicle that replenishes products to a retail store is increased to reduce the frequency of delivery vehicle service, thereby contributing to a reduction in man-hours of people involved in distribution and a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. A delivery auxiliary device includes: a storage unit that stores a store stock quantity and a trend of store sales quantity for each store and each product sold in the store; a storage unit that stores a first threshold corresponding to a store stock quantity and a second threshold greater than the first threshold for each product; a unit that calculates a predicted value of a store stock quantity after a predetermined period for each product for a store; a unit that extracts a product whose store stock quantity corresponding to a store is less than the first threshold as a first delivery candidate product;a unit that extracts a product whose predicted value of the store stock quantity associated with one store is less than a second threshold as a second delivery candidate product, and a unit that performs delivery arrangement processing that delivers the first delivery candidate product and the second delivery candidate product to one store using one vehicle.;
