Abstract

One embodiment of the present invention provides a copper foil comprising a copper layer with a dull surface and a shiny surface; and a protective layer disposed on the copper layer, wherein the copper foil has a thermal gravimetric coefficient of 1.1% or less. The thermal gravimetric coefficient is measured using a thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) in an oxygen atmosphere, at a heating rate of 10°C / min from 25°C to 800°C.
