Abstract

Based on individual data accurately measured using a 3D scan, the resin base with hair implanted at the nape of the neck is in the shape of a hairband, with cut sections on both sides that allow for size adjustment while wearing the wig. The head base is a seamless knit cap made of synthetic or natural fibers with functional hair implanted on it. The hair that has been implanted on the artificial skin is sewn to the top of the head. A zipper or hook-and-loop fastener (3) is attached to the joint between the resin base and the head base, making the resin base and the head base detachable. This allows the resin base, which requires frequent maintenance, and the head base, which will wear out quickly if maintained frequently, to be maintained separately, and they can be replaced individually if damaged. Furthermore, the head base is seamless, which puts less strain on the skin, and the silicone base reduces the risk of the wig slipping or falling off.
