Capping machine

Abstract

The article of the design is a capping machine for sealing containers by placing a lid on the opening of the container. This capping machine is used in conjunction with a coffee machine or a beverage dispenser, such as a juice dispenser, in convenience stores or fast food restaurants. It is configured to place a separate lid on the opening of a container containing contents and then seal the lid to the container, thereby sealing the container. The capping machine has a shelf on the top for storing unused lids and accessories such as milk, and a sealing mechanism on the bottom. The sealing mechanism includes a support for supporting the container and for placing the lid on the opening of the container, and a heater for heat-sealing the lid to the container. As shown in Reference Figure 1, in the initial state, this heater is located further back on the support than the position where the container is placed, and when the user operates the lever forward, it moves to a position above the lid or container as shown in Reference Figure 2. When the lever is further rotated downward, the heater also moves downward in conjunction with the movement, and finally heats the lid while pressing it against the container, sealing the container and the lid together to seal the container. The capping machine according to this design is formed to be approximately the same size as the extractor or server, or smaller than the extractor or server.
