Abstract
This article is a rail that guides the movement of a moving object that transports goods, for example, in a restaurant, a logistics warehouse, etc. As shown in the reference perspective view showing the names of each part, this article has a pair of first rails, a pair of second rails, a pair of first lift rails, a pair of third rails, and a pair of second lift rails that are arranged from bottom to top when viewed from the front. A moving object having wheels can move along the longitudinal direction on the pair of first rails, the pair of second rails, and the pair of third rails. The pair of first lift rails are for supporting the moving object as it moves up and down between the pair of first rails and the pair of second rails. The pair of second lift rails are for supporting the moving object as it moves up and down between the pair of second rails and the pair of third rails. When the moving object ascends from the first rail to the second rail, for example, the moving object is on the first rail (Reference Figure 1 for use), and the platform is raised and rotated to engage with the first lifting rail, so that the main body is supported on the first lifting rail (Reference Figure 2 for use). Then, the main body is rotated to release the wheels from the first rail, allowing it to pass between the second rails (Reference Figure 3 for use), and then the main body is pulled up toward the platform, allowing it to pass between the second rails (Reference Figure 4 for use). Furthermore, the main body is rotated again to position it on the second rail, and the platform is rotated to release support from the first lifting rail, and the moving object is placed on the second rail (Reference Figure 5 for use). When the moving body ascends from the second rail toward the third rail, for example, from a state in which the moving body is positioned on the second rail at the intersection with the third rail in a plan view (Reference Use State Figure 6), the platform is raised and rotated to engage with the second lifting rail, resulting in a state in which the body is supported by the second lifting rail (Reference Use State Figure 7).Then, by rotating the body, the wheels are released from the second rail, resulting in a state in which the body can pass between the first lifting rails (Reference Use State Figure 8).Next, the body is raised toward the platform, allowing the body to pass between the first lifting rails, and then the body is rotated again to result in a state in which the body can pass between the third rails (Reference Use State Figure 9).When the mobile unit is further raised toward the platform from this state and passed between the third rails, the body is rotated to position the wheels on the third rail, and the platform is further rotated to release support from the second lift rail, placing the mobile unit on the third rail (see reference diagram 10 for usage). In this way, this article is provided with a first lift rail that supports the mobile unit, allowing the mobile unit to automatically move up and down between the first and second rails, and with a second lift rail that supports the mobile unit, allowing the mobile unit to automatically move up and down between the second and third rails.
