Abstract

This item is a jig for fixing parts that have no gripping margin due to their shape in a coating process using a rotary automatic coating device in which parts are set on the rotating shaft and rotated at a constant speed while a linear motion robot program-controls the spray gun to apply a uniform coating, and as shown in "Reference Figure 1 Showing the State of Use," it fixes magnetic parts such as plungers with a heat-resistant neodymium magnet attached to the tip. As shown in "Reference Figure 2 Showing the State of Use," this item is used by attaching it to the rotating shaft of the coating device, and as shown in "Reference Figure 3 Showing the State of Use," it is also placed on a mounting table and used when parts coated with a coating agent are placed in an oven for pre-baking, etc.
