Drop lid

Abstract

This product is a drop lid made of synthetic resin that is highly transparent and heat resistant. As shown in the reference oblique view taken against a black background, the main body with a protruding knob in the center is transparent so that the degree of doneness can be seen at a glance. As this body is lighter than water, it can capture scum with its entire back surface. In addition, scum that escapes to the top surface through the numerous holes to prevent the scum from splashing can be captured in the peripheral recesses on the inside of the raised outer edge. Moreover, as this raised outer edge and peripheral recesses are embossed (making it translucent), this transparent synthetic resin drop lid can capture the scum even more securely.
