Abstract
The article according to the present design is a cleaning tool used mainly for scrubbing toilets and the like. As shown in the reference perspective view, the cleaning tool of this article is composed of a "cleaning laminate" and a "handle". The "cleaning laminate", which is a nonwoven fabric laminated on a porous body of uncoated urethane foam, is fixed to a plastic "handle" in a ring shape with the nonwoven fabric layer on the outside and both ends partially overlapping. Both the uncoated urethane foam and the nonwoven fabric have communication holes that communicate with the outside air, so the cleaning tool of this article drains water well and dries easily, making it easy to handle after use. The handle has a "hanging hole" at the end of the grip side for hanging on a hook or the like. A shallow "recess" is provided at the base of the handle, and the handle can be held firmly by placing the tip of the thumb against this recess when in use. When cleaning, the nonwoven fabric part of the cleaning laminate is brought into contact with the object to be cleaned and scrubbed. The cleaning laminate part in the reference perspective view is easily deformed when force is applied, so during actual cleaning, it is in a deformed state as shown in reference perspective views 1 and 2, which show the state of use. In particular, when in the state shown in reference perspective view 2, which shows the state of use, it is possible to insert the tip part into the gap in the folded part of a Western-style toilet bowl to clean it.
