The application relates to a
fluorine-
free water-repellent finishing process of
wool worsted fabric, which comprises the following steps: singeing, cleaning,
wool scouring for adjusting PH value, water absorption,
drying, brushing and shearing, applying
fluorine-
free water-repellent additives, dip padding, cooling and
drying, high-temperature baking, KD tank
steaming, constant-temperature and constant-
humidity storage and finished product; wherein, 1) the fabric is thoroughly cleaned through flat-width
wool scouring and
rope-shaped wool scouring; 2) the
water temperature of the wool scouring tank is controlled to be 80-90 DEG C, 0.05g / L-0.06g / L of
acetic acid is added, the PH value is adjusted to 6.0, and the wool is pressure-cooked for 4-10 times; 3)
fluorine-
free water-repellent additives are prepared by mixing 40-80g / l of fluorine-free water-repellent agent, 3-6g / l of penetrating agent and 10-25g / l of crosslinking agent; 4) after dip padding, low-temperature
drying is carried out first, and then baking is carried out after cooling. Through the fine setting of the finishing process, the optimized preparation of the fluorine-free water-repellent agent, the combination of washing and scouring and reasonable baking, the water-repellent effect is achieved, the green
environmental protection requirement is met, the fabric feels soft, and the water-repellent effect is still achieved after washing.
