Abstract

This image is an image for generating a robot's operation program by setting the target position, movement trajectory, etc. of a specific part of the robot. The operation is performed by using an input means such as a mouse or controller, or by touching the display screen with a finger. In the reference diagram showing the use state, it is possible to set a target position by inputting a number indicating a desired target position in the movement position number input field of the program editing area. In the movement method selection field below the movement position number input field, it is possible to set a movement trajectory to be drawn by a specific part toward a target position set in the movement position number input field in the same column by selecting a desired icon from icons indicating multiple types of movement trajectories that have been determined in advance. A program is generated to operate the robot so that a specific part moves according to the set target position and movement trajectory from the left column to the right column in the program editing area. Specifically, by inputting a number indicating a desired target position in the movement position number input field in reference diagram 2 showing the use state, a new movement position input field and movement method selection field shown in reference diagram 3 showing the use state are added, and the state of image diagram 1 is changed to the state of image diagram 2. In image diagram 2, it is possible to set a target position and movement trajectory to be moved next to the target position set in image diagram 1.
