Abstract

The article of the present design is a notebook, which is mainly used for recording training. A general-purpose training record book is generally divided into pages by the date of training, and the training item column is generally blank. Therefore, it is necessary to write the training items on each page, which is a burden on the trainer. The notebook of the present design is a notebook including a plurality of record pages constituting a plurality of pages and an index page having a heading section, each of the plurality of record pages having a writing section, the plurality of record pages being configured such that a portion of the heading section can be expanded outside the record page, the writing section and the heading section each having a plurality of writing columns, and in a state of use in which a portion of the heading section is expanded outside the record page and the plurality of record pages are opened, the plurality of writing columns in the heading section and the plurality of writing columns in the record page are configured to correspond to each other in the horizontal direction. The portion for which partial design registration is sought is the expandable heading section that is the portion that extends outside the record page. Reference numeral 1 is the stored heading section, and reference numeral 2 is the expanded heading section.
