Food holding device holding machine

Abstract

This item is a gripper for a food gripping device, which is composed of a base and multiple gripping claws. As shown in the enlarged view of the tip, the gripping claws are rounded in an arc near their tips. The multiple gripping claws adjust their opening and closing to grip a predetermined amount of food from a food group contained in a container near the tips of the gripping claws. In addition, this item has a built-in weighing sensor in the base to detect the weight of the food held by the gripping claws. As shown in the reference diagram showing the usage state, multiple items of this item are stored in a housing, and the food group is held in a movable container provided below this item. When this item and the container approach each other, the multiple gripping claws grip a predetermined amount of food. When weighing by this item is completed, the container moves from below this item, and the gripping claws are released from their gripping state, discharging the specified amount of food downward.
