Abstract

This item is a frame for a training machine that moves weights up and down. H-shaped pillars are arranged on the left and right sides when viewed from above and from the bottom, and a weight is placed in the center inside the pillar. Two shafts are fixed to fix the weight so that it can move up and down, and the weight is arranged so that it can move up and down along these shafts. A roller for a traction means such as a wire or rope to move the weight up and down is provided inside the head part, and it is structured to connect with an external device from the side of the upper part of the pillar. That is, as shown in the "Reference diagram showing the state of use", this item is connected to various devices with muscle loading functions, and is used by moving the weight up and down with a traction means such as a wire or rope.
