Abstract

This item is for propping up picture frames containing paintings, photographs, calligraphy, certificates, etc. This item is composed of a base part that engages the lower end of the frame and a back plate part that supports the back of the frame. The base part is made of a flat plate-like main body that is bifurcated at the front, and has an engagement part provided above the front end of the bifurcated part, as well as a pair of through holes drilled on both the left and right sides of the base part, one at the front and one at the rear. The back plate part is made to stand up on the base part by inserting a pair of protrusions formed on the left and right sides of the lower end, which are approximately flat, into the through holes of the base part. The back plate part also has a rounded rectangular hole formed in the center from the upper end of the back plate part in a front view, penetrating through the thickness direction. This item is constructed so that the back panel can be freely inserted and removed from the through hole in the base, allowing the position of the back panel to be adjusted forward or backward depending on the size, shape, thickness, etc. of the frame. Furthermore, by changing the position of the back panel forward or backward, the angle of the frame to be displayed can be adjusted.
