Roller conveyor for transporting seedling trays

Abstract

This product is a roller conveyor for transporting seedling boxes to the horizontal part of a sowing machine. This product is equipped with a pair of inclined frames that rotatably support the transport rollers, and a vertical column that fixes the inclined frames. The vertical column is equipped with an adjustment part that can adjust the height of the front and rear ends of the inclined frames. At the front end of the inclined frame, a pair of first transport guides extending from the inner wall of the inclined frame toward the transport rollers, a pair of second transport guides extending upward from the front end of the inclined frame, and an auxiliary chute extending further forward from the most forward roller are provided. As shown in Reference Figures 1 and 2 showing the usage state, the height of the front end of the inclined frame is adjusted using the adjustment part of the vertical column so that it corresponds to the height of the horizontal part of the sowing machine. Either empty seedling boxes or seedling boxes filled with bed soil can be placed side by side on the transport rollers. The guide mechanisms of the first and second transport guides and the auxiliary chute enable smooth transport of the seedling boxes from the tip of the device to the horizontal part of the sowing machine, preventing a seedling box from riding on top of the preceding one during transport and preventing the bed soil inside the seedling box from shifting.
