Abstract
This article is a repair tool suitable for use in repairing damage such as scratches, cracks, and breaks that has occurred in an object to be repaired (such as glass, for example, a car windshield). The appearance of the repair tool is as shown in a perspective view and a six-sided view. A supplementary explanation of this repair tool will be provided with reference to Reference Figures 1 to 4. The repair tool comprises a base 10, a pressure pot 20, and a pushing operation unit 30. The base 10 has a suction cup 12 at the tip of a leg 11. A screw hole 13 with a female thread is provided in the center of the base 10. The pressure pot 20 has a through hole 21 in the center, and a male thread 23 that screws into the screw hole 13 is provided on the outer surface of the pressure pot 20, and a repair material storage tube 22 is fitted into the lower end of the pressure pot 20. Restoring material B is stored in hole 222 of the restoring material storage tubular portion 22, and a flange 221 serving as a fitting stopper is provided at the lower end of the restoring material storage tubular portion 22 facing radially outward. A knurling is provided on the outer surface of a rotating tubular portion 33 that forms the outside of the pushing operation portion 30, and a female thread 32 that screws onto the male thread 23 is provided on the inner surface at the lower end of the rotating tubular portion 33, and further, the pushing operation portion 30 has a pressure rod 31. When repairing a scratch A1 occurring in the repair object A, the repair tool is fixed to the repair object A by suction using suction cup 12, and the pushing operation portion 30 is rotated to feed the screw. Then, the restoring material B is pressed by the pressure rod 31 and injected into the scratch A1.
