Abstract

This product is a bearing plate that is installed at the intersections of rope materials such as wire ropes arranged in a grid pattern on a slope to prevent surface collapse. It consists of a round washer with a reinforcing tube, a rope material external slippage prevention body, and a pressure receiving body. The product is attached to a rock bolt driven into the intersection of the rope material, and the rope material is wound around the pressure receiving body. The rope material external slippage prevention body and pressure receiving body are made of resin material, which prevents electrolytic corrosion caused by contact with the rope material and makes the product lightweight.
