Abstract

The product of the present design is a plastic bottle holder that features a flat rectangular body with a hole through which the neck of the plastic bottle is inserted and a movable plate that secures the bottle for carrying. It also has a stand function that allows users to use the movable plate to prop up a smartphone or other device for viewing when not in use. (Reference Perspective View 1) The method for attaching the plastic bottle is as follows: One side of the "body" has an "insertion hole" through which the cap and neck of the plastic bottle pass, and the bottle neck is inserted from the back of the "body." (Reference Perspective View 2) A series of slightly smaller "fixing holes" are provided near the short side of the rectangle, offset from the "insertion hole," to fit the neck diameter. By moving the bottle neck sideways while it is inserted, the holes fit the bottle neck diameter and secure it in place. "Reference Perspective Diagram 3" Also, on the opposite end of the "insertion hole" (as viewed from the "fixing hole"), there is a half-moon-shaped "movable fixing plate" connected to the main body by a hinge and cut to the diameter of the cap. By tilting this and supporting it against the side of the bottle cap, the bottle neck is prevented from slipping out of the "fixing hole" and falling out. The "movable fixing plate" stops when it hits the main body surface at the edge of the "insertion hole" and does not rotate backward. "Reference Perspective Diagram 4" The shape of the "movable fixing plate" connected by a hinge is characterized by a design resembling the body and fins of a marine creature. A "metal fitting locking hole" is provided on the short side opposite the side where the bottle is locked on the "main body" for hanging, allowing the PET bottle to be carried by hanging from a waist belt or backpack. The locking surface for the bottle is angled relative to the main body surface, ensuring that the hanging bottle faces upwards. "Reference oblique view 5" To use the stand for a smartphone, etc., place the device flat on a desk or other surface, lift the "movable fixing plate," and rotate it until it hits the "stop plate." "Reference oblique view 6" The "movable fixing plate" is supported on the back of the smartphone. "Reference oblique view 7" A convex ridge "anti-slip" is provided on the end of the bottle locking part of the device, which fixes the lower front edge of the smartphone to prevent it from slipping and maintains the angle. There are two "anti-slip" lines, which allow you to change the angle at which the smartphone is placed, allowing you to watch media and take pictures with the camera. "Reference oblique view 8"
