Abstract
This product is used to enclose a small amount of a sample of liquid perfume, cologne, air freshener, etc., and attach it to pamphlets, catalogs, invitations, etc. for distribution for sales promotion purposes. As shown in the reference perspective view showing the names of each part, a substrate having an adhesive layer on its backside is placed and fixed on a mount having a release layer on its surface. A small amount of liquid is dropped into a frame defined by the adhesive on the substrate, and a barrier cover material is placed over it from above, sealing the liquid within the frame between the substrate and cover material. Both the substrate and cover material are made of translucent films. As shown in the reference view showing the adhesive portion, the adhesive defining the frame is formed in a beveled shape at one corner of the substrate and cover material. Outside this beveled portion, the substrate and cover material are not bonded. Therefore, as shown in the reference perspective view showing the names of each part, by pinching the corner of the cover material at this unbonded portion and peeling it away from the substrate, the liquid enclosed within the frame is exposed and volatilizes into the air, allowing the scent of the sample to be confirmed. Furthermore, since both the base material and the cover material are made of translucent films, the frame defined by the adhesive can be seen through the cover material, and since the frame is formed with a chamfered angle at one corner, the user can easily see that this corner is a gripping part, so the user can easily grip the cover material at this corner and pull it off, making it easy to use.
