Abstract
This product is a cosmetic brush consisting of a brush body used for applying cosmetics and a container that houses the brush body. This product is configured to be able to transform between a storage state in which the brush portion (bristles) of the brush body are concealed inside the container (see front view, back view, plan view, bottom view, right side view, left side view, and perspective view), and a usage state in which the brush portion of the brush body is exposed to the outside of the container (see front view, back view, plan view, bottom view, right side view, left side view, and perspective view in usage state). As shown in Reference Figures 1 to 3, the container is configured so that its right side can be opened and closed in the circumferential direction, and a hinge is provided on the left side, and a locking mechanism is provided on the right side to maintain the closed state. The open inner edge on the top side is formed with a fitting portion (two ribs extending in the left-right direction on the inner surface of the container) into which the base portion of the brush body fits. To transform the product, the container is opened circumferentially from the stored state as shown in Reference Figure 1, the brush body, whose base portion is fitted into the fitting portion of the container as shown in Reference Figure 2, is removed from the container, and the brush body is turned upside down as shown in Reference Figure 3, the base portion of the brush body is fitted into the fitting portion of the container, and the container is closed circumferentially to return to the stored state (the product is transformed from the use state to the stored state by the reverse operation). Note that, as shown in the plan view and perspective view, in the stored state, the bottom surface of the base portion of the brush body forms the top surface of the container.
