Medical immobilization material

Abstract

This product is a fixation material that is used by contacting the affected area, such as the sole of the foot, with a fractured toe, finger, etc. When in use, as shown in Reference Figure 1, which shows an example of how it is used, the fixation material is molded to fit the shape of the affected area, inserted into and held in an orthosis or the like that is to be attached to the affected area, and then, as shown in Reference Figures 2 and 3, which also show an example of how it is used, it is attached to the affected area together with the orthosis and fixed thereto.
