Abstract
The neck cooling device 1 of this product is composed of two overlapping sheets 2 and 3. As shown in the reference front view showing the connected tubes, one end of the water supply tube 7 is connected to one tube connection portion 6, and one end of the water discharge tube 9 is connected to the other tube connection portion 8.
