Abstract

The building in question is an opening for various fixtures, such as sliding doors and hinged doors, in a room of a house (see the enlarged views of C-C' and D-D' for reference). At the bottom end of the vertical frame of the wall opening, a baseboard of the same shape as the wall surface is installed on the wall side, and at the bottom end of the opening side, a trim (thin plate; see the enlarged right side view of A-A' and B-B' and the enlarged views of C-C' and D-D') with the same height as the baseboard appears on the wall surface is installed. This configuration realizes a building that serves as an aesthetically pleasing opening for a house.
