T-shaped insert for fixing tie plates

Abstract

The T-shaped insert for fixing a tie plate according to this design is used to fix a tie plate, which is a steel plate placed between the rail and the slab plate, to the slab plate, as shown in the reference cross-sectional view showing the state of use. The right side of the reference cross-sectional view is a cross-sectional view after repair, showing the T-shaped insert fitted into the anchor plate and fixed in place. When a hexagonal bolt is screwed into the T-shaped insert screw hole and tightened, the tie plate is fixed to the slab plate.
