Footwear parts

Abstract

This article is a footwear component, and is a component to be placed in the heel of footwear (see Reference Figures 1 and 2, which show the state in use). Reference Figure 1, which shows the state in use, shows the state in which this footwear component is placed in the heel, with the part covered by the upper or sole indicated by a dashed line. Reference Figure 2, which shows the state in use, is a diagram of a partial cutaway of the heel, with the parts other than this footwear component appearing blue. The reference photograph shows an example molded from black resin.
