Clamp body for product display fixtures

Abstract

The product of the present design is a clamp body that supports a product display device, such as a display hanger, and can be attached to various fixed parts with different clamping dimensions, such as rods or shelves. The product display device is attached by fitting a separate attachment into the engaging protrusion on the top surface of the clamp body, which is the product, and then engaging the hook of the product display device with the attachment (Reference Use State Diagrams 1-3). The clamp body of the product is fixed to the fixed part by clamping it between the fixed leg and the movable leg. The movable leg is positioned and fixed by a pair of upper locking plates that are guided along a rail inside the clamp body's top, and multiple first gears cut on both ends engage with second gears cut near the rail inside the top (Reference Diagrams 1-3). In addition, the pair of upper locking plates are separated by an inverted Y-shaped slit, which can be seen in the rear view. By pressing both sides of the movable leg toward the center (the inverted Y-shaped slit side), the first gear and the second gear can be disengaged, and in this state the movable leg can be slid (Reference Figures 4 to 6).
