Water injection nozzle

Abstract

The article of this design is a water injection nozzle that is attached to the vicinity of the grinding wheel of a machine tool such as a grinding machine. Reference Figure 1, which shows the state of use, shows the state of the article attached to a large-diameter grinding wheel, and Reference Figure 2, which shows the state of use, shows the state of the article attached to a small-diameter grinding wheel. The thick arrows in Reference Figures 1 and 2, which show the state of use, indicate the flow of grinding fluid, and the dashed arrows in Reference Figures 1 to 3, which also show the state of use, indicate the flow of air generated by the rotation of the grinding wheel. As shown in Reference Figures 1 to 3, which show the state of use, by attaching the article to the grinding wheel, grinding fluid is injected while suppressing the effects of air generated by the rotation of the grinding wheel.
