Abstract

This grate is used in stoker-type incinerators, where rows of fixed and movable grates are arranged alternately and in a stepped pattern along the direction of transport of the materials to be incinerated. As shown in Reference Figures 1 and 2, which show the incinerated materials in use, this grate contacts the side grates at the side wall. This grate is composed of two parts: a main body and a tip. The tip, which is prone to corrosion and wear, can be removed and replaced, making maintenance easier and reducing costs. Furthermore, this grate has a diagonal interlocking structure between the main body and tip. As shown in the reference cross-sectional diagram showing the incinerated materials in use, the main body and tip are interlocked vertically in the movable grate row, preventing the tip from falling off due to the sliding resistance of the grate itself and external pressure from the materials to be incinerated.
