Packaging containers

Abstract

This product is a packaging container formed by pressing a sheet-like blank shown in the reference diagram. As the blank shown in the reference diagram is folded in mountain folds along the dashed lines and valley folds along the dashed lines, the blank is heated while being pressed during molding, causing the synthetic resin coating layer on the surface of the blank to melt and the blank to be compressed, thus maintaining its shape as a packaging container. Furthermore, the outer edge of the blank is edge-rolled, forming an edge-rolled portion with a roughly circular cross-section at the edge of the container, thereby improving overall strength and stably maintaining the shape of the container. The four corners at the lower end of the container side wall are not right angles, but are formed in an arc shape, similar to the upper end of the container side wall.
