Multi-sheet pin remover

Abstract

This product is designed to allow users to easily remove pins used to secure weed control sheets and agricultural mulch sheets while standing. It is a pin removal tool with a roughly L-shaped claw, pointed at one end, welded to the handle as shown in Reference Figure 1, and two claws in a roughly V-shape on the opposite side. A roughly rectangular lever plate is welded to the center of the claws along the bottom of the claws. The tool is designed to be used by gripping the handle with both hands to remove the pins. When using this product, as shown in Reference Figure 2, grip the handle with both hands, insert the tips of the claws into the gap of the pin, and tilt the handle in the opposite direction of the inserted claws. This causes the tips of the claws inserted into the gap of the pin to rise, and the pin is removed by applying the principle of leverage.
