Abstract

As shown in the reference front view of the unfolded state, this item consists of a main body, a first belt section, and a second belt section. The lower part of the main body has a hole for inserting the flap and lock of the backpack lid, and the upper part of the main body has a hole for threading a string to tie this item to the backpack. As shown in the reference perspective view showing the item in use, this item is attached to the backpack lid by inserting the flap and lock of the backpack lid into the hole for inserting the flap and lock, folding the lower part of the main body to the back, and then securing the lid with the first and second belt sections. The first belt section consists of a pair of members extending from the side of the main body, and the ends of these members are joined together in the front-to-back direction from the back of the backpack lid with a connecting member. The second belt section also consists of a pair of members extending from the side of the main body, and the ends of these members are joined together to the lower part of the main body with a connecting member. Furthermore, the surface of the main unit has an area where a sticker printed with ultraviolet or heat-sensitive ink can be attached. Normally, it is plain, but when exposed to sunlight (strong ultraviolet or heat rays), a penguin image (showing it sweating) appears, providing a sign that can help prevent heatstroke among users during their commute to and from school.
