Effect of the Invention
[0007] The skin cleansing agent composition of the present invention is excellent in foaming property. Even when the foam discharged from the foam discharge container is directly applied to the skin and stretched for use, the foam has a thickness (presence) during washing, the foam is white, and a feeling of the foam increasing can be obtained. In addition, when the foam has a fine texture and is firm, the foam during washing feels white.

A larger molar ratio facilitates the expression of thixotropy, while a smaller molar ratio facilitates viscosity retention at low shear rates; however, the above range is preferable for the expression of both properties. The proportion of the crosslinkable vinyl monomer (b3) is preferably 0.002 to 5% by mass relative to the total amount of monomers, and more preferably 0.002% by mass or more and less than 0.1% by mass. If the proportion of monomer (b3) is 0.002% by mass or more, the viscosity of the hydrogel formed from the copolymer of component (B1) is sufficient, and if it is 5% by mass or less, the hydrogel will have a soft and smooth feel.

[0075] The skin cleansing composition of the present invention is filled into a foaming container (foamer container) and dispensed from the foaming container as foam in a volume ratio of air to composition (air / composition) of 13 / 1 to 50 / 1. The skin cleansing composition is a foaming composition, and by being dispensed from the foaming container in the above volume ratio, a foam composition is produced with improved foam thickness, foam whiteness, foaming sensation, and foaming ability. The skin cleansing composition, together with the foaming container, can constitute a skin cleansing article. The volume ratio of air to composition (air / composition) when discharged from the foam dispensing container is preferably 15 / 1 to 50 / 1, more preferably 15 / 1 to 45 / 1, and even more preferably 20 / 1 to 40 / 1, from the viewpoint of further improving foam thickness, foam whiteness, and foaming ability. From the viewpoint of further improving the feeling of increased foaming, it is preferably 15 / 1 to 40 / 1, more preferably 15 / 1 to 35 / 1, and even more preferably 17 / 1 to 30 / 1.
[0076] The foam dispensing container (X) used in the present invention is, for example, a container having a foaming mechanism and a discharge port, and is a normal pressure container that does not require a propellant such as compressed gas. The composition is stored in a container, and the foaming mechanism may have a gas-liquid mixing section and a foam atomizing section, generate foam from the liquid, and discharge the foam from a discharge port. The gas-liquid mixing section is the region where air transported from outside or inside the foam dispensing container (X) flows in and mixes with the liquid skin cleansing agent composition (Y), which is stored inside the main body or in a tank or other component and filled into the container (X) as its contents. The foam atomization section is a region or component that atomizes the foam produced by mixing the air and the skin cleansing agent composition (Y) by providing a flow path or porous component with a specific shape in the flow path leading to the discharge port. The discharge port is a component that discharges the foam, which is generated by mixing the air and the skin cleansing agent composition (Y) and atomized by the foam atomization section, to the outside.
[0077] In other words, the gas-liquid mixing section, foam atomization section, and discharge port of these foam dispensing containers (X) are directly or indirectly linked in this order via components such as tubes and nozzles as needed. Then, in response to the added manual or electric power, the skin cleansing agent composition (Y), which is filled as a liquid inside the body of the foam dispensing container (X) or a tank or other component, passes from the gas-liquid mixing section to the foam atomization section, and then from the foam atomization section to the discharge port, and the skin cleansing agent composition (Y), which has become a fine foam containing air, is discharged to the outside from the discharge port and can be applied to the skin.
[0078] In the foam dispensing container (X) used in the present invention, from the viewpoint of dispensing foam at a high foaming ratio while ensuring good foam quality, the volume ratio of air to skin cleansing agent composition (Y) (air / composition) in the mechanism for dispensing contents from the outlet of the container (X) is 13 / 1 or more, preferably 15 / 1 or more, more preferably 17 / 1 or more, and even more preferably 20 / 1 or more. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of ease of operation of the container, reducing the weight and size of the container, and ensuring good foam quality, the volume ratio of air to skin cleansing agent composition (Y) (air / composition) is 50 / 1 or less, preferably 40 / 1 or less, more preferably 38 / 1 or less, even more preferably 30 / 1 or less, even more preferably 29 / 1 or less, and even more preferably 26 / 1 or less. Furthermore, in the mechanism for discharging the contents from the outlet of the foam discharging container (X), the volume ratio of air to the skin cleansing agent composition (Y) (air / composition) is 13 / 1 to 50 / 1, preferably 15 / 1 to 40 / 1, more preferably 17 / 1 to 38 / 1, even more preferably 20 / 1 to 30 / 1, even more preferably 20 / 1 to 29 / 1, and even more preferably 20 / 1 to 26 / 1. Note that the volume ratio of air to skin cleansing agent composition (Y) (air / composition) refers to the value at 25°C. A mechanism for discharging contents from a discharge port in the above volume ratio (air / composition) of air and skin cleansing agent composition may include, for example, a gas-liquid mixing section in which air and skin cleansing agent composition (Y) can be mixed in the above volume ratio (air / composition).
[0079] The specific form of the foam dispensing container (X) is one in which air and the skin cleansing agent composition are discharged from the gas-liquid mixing section in the above-mentioned mass ratio, preferably via a foam atomization section, and then the contents are discharged to the outside from the discharge port, and examples include squeeze-type containers, manual pump-type containers, and electric pump-type containers.
[0080] A squeeze-type container, also known as a squeeze container, is a container whose body is deformable. By applying manual external pressure to the body, that is, by squeezing and deforming the body, air pressurized from within the headspace is mixed with the liquid contents in a gas-liquid mixing section to form bubbles. These bubbles are then further refined in a bubble-refining section and discharged from a discharge port. Specifically, examples include the container described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-215353.
[0081] A pump-type container, also known as a pump vessel, is a foam dispenser equipped with a pump head that, when pressed, mixes air pumped from inside or outside the container with the liquid contents in a gas-liquid mixing section to form foam, then further refines the foam in a foam refinement section, and finally discharges the foam from the outlet. In other words, such a pump-type container is equipped with an air cylinder for introducing air from inside or outside the container and a liquid cylinder that serves as a flow path for the liquid contents, and each cylinder has a mechanism in which a piston slides. These pistons are driven by the pressure of the pump head, sending air and the liquid contents to the gas-liquid mixing section where they are mixed, then forming foam in the foam refinement section, and finally discharging the foam from the outlet. These containers are broadly classified into so-called manual pump-type containers, where the pump head is pressed manually, and so-called electric pump-type containers, where the pump head is pressed and the air and contents are transported between components electrically; both types can be used. Specifically, examples include the manual pump type container described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2009-202122, and the electric pump type container described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2006-212086 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 2013-212244.
[0082] Among these specific forms of foam dispensing containers (X), manual pump type containers and electric pump type containers are preferred from the viewpoint of stably ensuring a high foaming ratio, ensuring the formation of high-quality foam, and ease of operation of the container.
[0083] Furthermore, the foam dispensing container (X) used in the present invention preferably includes a porous member with a mesh or multiple small holes in the foam micronization section, from the viewpoint of forming a good foamy composition as the contents pass through the dispensing port, and from the viewpoint of the formed foam having good foam quality and improving the user experience. The mesh opening is preferably 16 to 180 μm (#510 to #90), and more preferably 40 to 80 μm (#330 to #180) considering the ease of use of the container and the quality of the foam obtained.
[0084] The skin cleansing composition of the present invention is used for skin cleansing and is suitably used as a hand soap, facial cleanser, and body soap. The skin cleansing composition of the present invention can be used to cleanse the skin by general skin cleansing methods. For example, it can be used by taking foam dispensed from a foam dispenser into the hand, applying it directly to the skin without diluting it with water, lathering and washing, and then rinsing with warm water such as a shower. Furthermore, there are several cleaning methods, including washing by hand and using cleaning tools such as sponges, towels, and scrubbing brushes made of synthetic fibers like cotton or nylon. From the perspective of reducing skin irritation, washing by hand is preferable. [Examples]
[0085] Examples 1-32, Comparative Examples 1-2 Skin cleansing compositions with the compositions shown in Tables 1 to 3 were prepared. The obtained skin cleansing compositions were tested by dispensing foam from a foam dispensing container. The thickness (presence) of the foam during washing, the whiteness of the foam, the feeling of the foam increasing, the foaming ability, and the pressure applied by the foam dispensing container were evaluated. The results are shown in Tables 1 to 3. Furthermore, non-aerosol type foam dispensing containers (containers described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2019-107644) with different volume ratios (air / composition) in the gas-liquid mixing section were used as foam dispensing containers. The foam dispensing container is equipped with three meshes (#90 / mesh opening 177 μm, #200 / mesh opening 77 μm, #305 / mesh opening 44 μm) in the foam micronization section. The foaming mechanism is pump-type; when the head is pressed down, the piston is driven in conjunction with it, and as the piston moves within the cylinder, air and composition are supplied to the gas-liquid mixing section. The ambient temperature was set to 25°C, and each skin cleansing agent composition was filled into the foam dispensing container. With a single push of the head unit, 1 mL of the composition is dispensed from a liquid cylinder at a discharge speed of 30 mm / s, and a predetermined volume ratio of air is dispensed from an air cylinder at a discharge speed of 30 mm / s into the gas-liquid mixing chamber. The mixture is then mixed to form bubbles, which are then atomized through a bubble atomization section and discharged from the outlet by driving the piston.
[0086] (Manufacturing method) Each component was mixed with water, dissolved, and the pH was adjusted to 6.2 with citric acid to produce a skin cleansing agent composition. The resulting skin cleansing agent composition was then filled into a foam dispensing container.

[0089] (3) The feeling of the bubbles increasing: Three expert panelists wet their forearms with water, dispensed 1 mL of foam onto the palm of one hand, and then spread it onto the other forearm. They evaluated whether the amount of foam increased in proportion to the number of times they rubbed the forearms together, according to the following criteria. The results are shown as the average score of the three panelists. 5 points: I feel like the foam increases considerably. 4 points: I feel like the bubbles are increasing. 3 points: I feel like the foam is increasing slightly. 2 points: I feel that the foam doesn't increase as much as I'd like. 1 point: I feel like the foam doesn't increase.
[0090] (4) Foaming property: Three expert panelists wet their forearms with water, dispensed 1 mL of foam into the palm of one hand, and massaged it 20 times against the other forearm. They then collected all the foam, placed it in a beaker, and measured the volume of foam using a cone-shaped liquid meter (Kartell).
[0091] (5) Pressing pressure of the foam dispensing container: For each skin cleansing agent composition, the head was pressed down at a constant speed, and the pressing force was measured using a load cell (manufactured by Unipulse). Three measurements were taken for each composition, and the average value was calculated.

[0095] Test Example 1 For the skin cleansing compositions of Examples 1, 4, 18, 20, and Comparative Example 1, images of the foam dispensed from a foam dispensing container were taken, and the number of bubbles and the average diameter of the bubbles were measured. The results are shown in Figure 1.
[0096] (Evaluation Method) Three expert panelists wet their forearms with water, dispensed 1 mL of foam into the palm of one hand, and pressed it against the other forearm, massaging it 20 times. After that, all the foam was collected. The foam was placed in a glass cylinder with a prism, and images of the foam were taken using a dynamic foam analyzer (DFA100-FSM, manufactured by KRAUSS GmbH, Germany). The number of bubbles and the average diameter of the bubbles were then determined.
[0097] As shown in Figure 1, the foam compositions generated from the skin cleansing compositions of the examples all had a small average foam diameter, a large number of foams, and appeared white.
[0098] Prescription Examples 1-4 When a skin cleansing agent composition with the composition shown in Table 4 is filled into a foam dispensing container (for example, the same as in the examples) and the foam is dispensed from the container to cleanse the skin, it exhibits excellent foaming properties, has a substantial foam thickness (presence), is white, and gives the impression of increasing foam volume.
