Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a refillable container having a capacity greater than that of the container to be refilled, and a method for using the same. [Background technology]
[0002] Refillable containers for refilling contents into refillable containers are known. From the viewpoint of facilitating refilling using refillable containers, a pouring member that can be attached to a refillable container and can be reused, and a refillable container have been proposed. For example, Patent Documents 1 to 3 disclose a pouring spout that is attached to an opening formed by cutting one corner of a bag. This pouring spout includes a pouring tube, an inserting part that is located below the pouring tube and inserted into the opening, and a fixing member that clamps and fixes the inserting part to a pouch. The fixing member in Patent Document 1 is V-shaped, and the fixing member in Patent Document 2 has a clip shape with a U-shaped cross section. The fixing member in Patent Document 3 includes a pair of clamping plates that are located on the front sheet and the back sheet of the bag body, respectively, and elastic pieces that connect the clamping plates and the inserting part, and the pair of clamping plates clamp the front sheet and the back sheet by bending the elastic pieces.
[0003] The present applicant has previously disclosed a refill pouch having a pouring protrusion whose tip portion is cut off to form a pouring opening, and the pouring flow path in the pouring protrusion has a tapered shape (Patent Document 4). The applicant has also previously disclosed a refill port member made of a member that can be attached detachably to the inside of a pouring outlet (Patent Document 5). This refill port member has a shape-retaining rigidity that maintains the pouring outlet in a cylindrical three-dimensional shape, and has a cylindrical shape that is tapered at the end. [0011] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a refill container according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. The refillable container 1 is a container for refilling contents into a refillable container (not shown) and has a container body 10 with an internal storage space for the contents. The refillable container 1 and the refillable container store the same contents. When using the contents, the refillable container is mainly used. The contents contained in the refill container 1 are not particularly limited. The contents may be liquid or powder, for example. Examples of liquid contents include liquid hair care products such as shampoo, hair conditioner, and hair rinse, liquid soaps such as body soap and hand soap, liquid detergents for clothes and dishes, fabric softeners and bleaches, liquid cleaners for bathrooms, toilets, and floors, liquid cosmetics, liquid beverages, foods, medicines, and engine oils. The contents may also be highly viscous liquids such as creams. When the contents are powder, examples include powdered soap and powdered bleach.
[0012] The capacity of the refill container 1, that is, the capacity of the storage space of the container body 10, is larger than the capacity of the container to be refilled. From the viewpoint of more reliably suppressing the breakage of the dispensing member, it is preferable that the capacity of the refillable container 1 is such that the refillable container can be refilled multiple times with respect to the capacity of the refillable container. For example, the capacity of the refillable container 1 is preferably more than 1 time and less than 10 times, more preferably 1.2 times or more and 8 times or less, even more preferably more than 2 times and 8 times or less, and even more preferably more than 3 times and 8 times or less, of the capacity of the refillable container. From the same viewpoint as above, the capacity of the refill container 1 is preferably 100 mL or more and 5000 mL or less, more preferably 120 mL or more and 4000 mL or less, even more preferably 1000 mL or more and 4000 mL or less, and even more preferably 2000 mL or more and 4000 mL or less.
[0013] The container body 10 of this embodiment is a pouch container, and has a pair of side walls 11a, 11b and a gusset portion 14 connecting the side walls 11a, 11b (see FIG. 1). The container body 10 has the gusset portion 14 only on one end side in the height direction Z of the refill container 1, and the gusset portion 14 forms the bottom of the refill container 1.
[0014] The container body 10 of this embodiment can stand on its own by grounding the crotch portion 14, which is the bottom, on a horizontal surface. In such a free-standing state, the height direction Z of the container body 10 coincides with the vertical direction. That is, the bottom (crotch portion 14) of the container body 10 faces downward, and the opposite side of the bottom (crotch portion 14) in the height direction Z faces upward. Hereinafter, unless otherwise specified, the description of the container body 10 (container 1) of the embodiment shown in Figs. 1 and 3 refers to the container body 10 (container 1) in a free-standing state. The container body 10 of this embodiment has a width direction X which is a left-right direction with respect to the side walls 11a, 11b, and a depth direction Y which is perpendicular to the width direction X. Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, one of the pair of side walls 11a, 11b will also be referred to as the "front side wall 11a" and the other as the "rear side wall 11b." A pair of side walls 11a, 11b of the container body 10 are disposed opposite to each other in the depth direction Y (see FIGS. 1 and 3).
[0015] The container body 10 is formed of a sheet material. The container body 10 of this embodiment is formed of a side wall forming sheet that forms each of the pair of side walls 11a, 11b, and a groin forming sheet that forms the groin portion 14 that serves as the bottom. These side wall forming sheets and groin forming sheets are flexible sheets.
[0016] The sheet material forming the container body 10 (in this embodiment, the side wall forming sheet and the gusset forming sheet) is composed of a sheet material including a resin layer. The material forming the resin layer can be a known single-layer or multi-layer resin film. Examples of the resin that can be used for the resin film include known resins such as polyolefin resins, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resins, polyester resins, and polyamide resins.
[0017] Examples of polyolefin resins include polyethylene resins such as high density polyethylene (HDPE), medium density polyethylene (MDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), ultra-low density polyethylene (ULDPE), uniaxially oriented polyethylene (OPE) and biaxially oriented polyethylene (BOPE) which are obtained by stretching any of these, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resins, polypropylene resins such as polypropylene, homopolypropylene, random copolymer polypropylene, etc. Among these, polyethylene resins are preferred from the viewpoint of further improving recyclability. Examples of polyester-based resins include polyethylene terephthalate (PET), amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (amorphous PET), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), polybutylene naphthalate (PBN), and polylactic acid (PLA). Examples of polyamide resins include nylon 6, nylon 66, and aromatic nylon.
[0018] From the viewpoint of further improving the recyclability of the refillable container 1, it is preferable that the sheet material forming the container body 10 is configured to include a resin layer made of a single resin material. In particular, it is more preferable that the single resin material is configured to include a resin layer made of a single type of polyolefin. The term "single resin material" refers to a single type of resin, and is synonymous with the so-called monomaterial. For example, when the resin layer has a laminated structure in which a plurality of layers are laminated, it is preferable that the constituent resins of two or more layers constituting each layer are of a single type, and it is more preferable that all layers are of a single type. The type of resin may be the above-mentioned polyolefin-based resin, polyester-based resin, polyamide-based resin, etc., but from the viewpoint of further improving recyclability, it is more preferable that the resin is a polyolefin-based resin. From the same viewpoint as above, it is preferable that the resin layer constituting the sheet material is substantially free of constituent resins other than polyolefin resins. "Substantially free" means that the mass ratio is less than 1%, preferably less than 0.5%, and most preferably 0%. For example, when the resin layer is composed of a single type of polyethylene-based resin, even if the polyethylene-based resin has a laminated structure in which multiple resin layers of different types are laminated together, the resin layer can be recovered as a single material (single type) without being separated into layers, resulting in excellent recyclability.
[0019] From the viewpoint of reducing the environmental load, it is preferable that the sheet material forming the container body 10 is configured to include a biomass-derived material. The biomass-derived material is a renewable organic resource derived from living organisms. Examples of the biomass-derived material include plant-derived materials such as paper, natural polymers such as cellulose, biomass-derived polyester resins such as bio-PET and bio-PLA, and biomass-derived polyolefin resins such as bio-polyethylene and bio-polypropylene. The paper includes cardboard, coated cardboard, chipboard, craft cardboard, and other thick paper made of paper. When the sheet material forming the container body 10 contains a biomass-derived material, the sheet material may be configured to contain a non-biomass-derived material together with the biomass-derived material, or may be made of a biomass-derived material. An example of the former is a form in which the sheet material is made of a paper layer and a non-biomass-derived resin layer. An example of the latter is a form in which the sheet material is made of a biomass-derived resin layer such as biopolyethylene, or a form in which the sheet material is made of a paper layer and a biomass-derived resin layer. Non-biomass-derived materials are materials derived from fossil resources such as petroleum and coal.
[0020] As described above, the sheet material forming the container body 10 may be composed of a paper layer as a biomass-derived material. For example, the sheet material may be composed of a paper layer forming the outer surface and a resin layer disposed on the inner surface side of the paper layer. In such a form, from the viewpoint of further improving recyclability, it is preferable that the paper layer and the resin layer are separably bonded. In this case, the paper layer and the resin layer are bonded by an adhesive such as a heat-sensitive adhesive or an easy-open resin. Examples of the heat-sensitive adhesive include an acrylic two-component crosslinking adhesive. Examples of the acrylic two-component crosslinking adhesive include the product name "BPS6458" (manufactured by Toyochem Co., Ltd.) and the product name "BPS6017" (manufactured by Toyochem Co., Ltd.). An easy-open resin is a resin capable of forming a sealant film layer that can be bonded by heat sealing or the like, and further capable of peeling off at the sealant film layer by a physical force that exceeds the bonding strength. Easy-open resins include an interface peeling type that peels off at the bonding interface of the sealant film layer, a cohesive peeling type that peels off while accompanied by cohesive failure (fracture of the material itself) near the bonding interface, and an interlayer peeling type that peels off between layers of a sealant film layer composed of a multilayer film.
[0021] From the viewpoint of effective use of resources, it is preferable that the sheet material forming the container body 10 is composed of recycled materials. The recycled materials are materials that have been reused (horizontally recycled) or recycled materials that have been recycled by mechanical recycling or material recycling. Recycled materials include recycled paper and recycled resins. Recycled resins are recycled materials such as resin pellets that are obtained by crushing and remelting an article made of resin, such as a PET bottle, and then molding the resin into a predetermined shape, cooling, and cutting the resin into pellets. Examples of recycled resins include mechanically recycled materials such as recycled PET from recycled PET bottles, recycled PE (recycled polyethylene), and recycled PP (recycled polypropylene). The resins that have been crushed and remelted may also be directly molded into molded products without going through pelletization. Examples of recycled resins include mechanically recycled materials obtained by a solvent method in which a solvent is used to extract only the desired resin components, and chemically recycled materials obtained by subjecting recovered resin to chemical decomposition treatment such as oilification to return it to monomers.
[0022] When the sheet material forming the container body 10 is configured to contain recycled materials, the sheet material may be configured to contain unregenerated materials (virgin raw materials) together with the recycled materials, or may be made of only recycled materials. For example, the sheet material forming the container body 10 may be configured of a mixed resin obtained by mixing virgin raw materials and recycled resin. That is, when the sheet material forming the container body 10 is configured to contain a resin layer, the resin layer may contain recycled resin.
[0023] The container body 10 of this embodiment has a seal portion that joins the peripheral edges of a pair of side wall forming sheets. Specifically, it has side seal portions 16, 16 that join both side edges of the pair of side wall forming sheets, and an upper edge seal portion 12 that joins the upper edges of the pair of side wall forming sheets. In addition, the container body 10 of this embodiment has a lower end seal portion (not shown) that joins the lower edges of the pair of side wall forming sheets and the peripheral edge of the gusset forming sheet. These seal portions form a pair of side walls 11a, 11b into a cylindrical portion whose upper edge portion is sealed, and the inside of the cylindrical portion forms a storage space for the contents of the refill container 1.
[0024] The refill container 1 includes an attachment member 4 fixed to a container body 10. The attachment member 4 is configured so that the spouting member 2 can be detachably attached thereto. The configuration of the attachment member 4 will be described in detail using the embodiment as an example. The axial direction of the mounting member 4 and the pouring member 2 described below coincides with the outflow direction when the contents are caused to flow out from the container body 10. Hereinafter, the outflow direction of the contents in the mounting member 4 and the pouring member 2 is also simply referred to as the "outflow direction V."
[0025] The mounting member 4 of this embodiment has an insertion fixing part 41 with a through hole formed therein, and a cover body 43 that closes one opening of the through hole (see FIG. 2(a)). The insertion fixing part 41 is a cylindrical member with a through hole, and has a flange part 42 on the other opening side of the through hole. In other words, the insertion fixing part 41 has a cylindrical part protruding from one main surface of the flange part 42, and a through hole is formed that penetrates the flange part 42 and the cylindrical part continuously. The axial direction of the through hole of this insertion fixing part 41 coincides with the outflow direction V, and the pouring member 2 is inserted and disposed in the through hole. The insertion fixing part 41 is sandwiched and fixed between the sheets forming the container body 10 so that the flange part 42 is located outside the container body 10 (see FIG. 2(a)), or is fixed in a state where it is inserted into an opening formed in the sheet material. The insertion fixing part 41 is fixed by a known fixing means such as heat sealing. The lid body 43 is located inside the container body 10 and blocks the opening on the inner side of the through hole in the insertion fixing part 41 in the outflow direction V, thereby blocking the outflow of the contents.
[0026] The mounting member 4 of this embodiment has a fitting mechanism for mounting the dispensing member 2 by fitting. Specifically, the insertion fixing part 41 has a fitting mechanism for a through hole, and the through hole fits into an insertion tube part 21 of the dispensing member 2 described later, so that the dispensing member 2 can be stably mounted to the mounting member 4. The fitting mechanism fits into a fitting part consisting of a convex part or a concave part formed on the outer circumferential surface of the insertion tube part 21, and may be a concave part or a convex part formed on the inner circumferential surface of the through hole.
[0027] The pouring member 2 of this embodiment has a cylindrical pouring part 20 that forms a flow path for the contents, and a cap 25 that closes one opening of the pouring part 20 (see FIG. 2(a)). The cap 25 is detachably attached to the pouring part 20 by known means such as screwing or fitting. The axial direction of the pouring part 20 coincides with the outflow direction V of the contents, and a portion of the pouring part 20 opposite the opening to which the cap 25 is attached in the axial direction is fixed to the attachment member 4. Hereinafter, such a fixed portion of the pouring part 20 is also referred to as an insertion tube portion 21.
[0028] The operation of attaching the pouring member 2 of this embodiment to the mounting member 4 will be described with reference to Figs. 2(a) and (b). First, the insertion tube portion 21 of the pouring member 2 is inserted into the through hole of the insertion fixing portion 41 of the mounting member 4 (see Fig. 2(a)). During this insertion, the insertion tube portion 21 pushes the lid body 43 that closes the opening of the through hole of the insertion fixing portion 41 into the inside of the container body 10, and the closure of the opening by the lid body 43 is released (see Fig. 2(b)). As a result, the inside of the pouring portion 20 and the inside of the container body 10 communicate with each other, so that the contents can be discharged from the pouring portion 20 by removing the cap 25 from the pouring portion 20. In addition, since the mounting member 4 of this embodiment has the above-mentioned fitting mechanism, the pouring member 2 can be fixed by fitting. By attaching the pouring member 2 to the attachment member 4 in this manner, the content can be poured out of the container body 10.
[0029] As described above, the pouring member 2 is detachably attached to the attachment member 4. That is, the pouring member 2 attached to the attachment member 4 can be removed. In this embodiment, the pouring portion 20 of the pouring member 2 is pulled outward in the outflow direction V to release the engagement between the insertion fixing portion 41 and the insertion tube portion 21, and the insertion tube portion 21 is removed from the through hole of the insertion fixing portion 41. In the refill container 1 of this embodiment, the container body 10 communicates with the outside via the attachment member 4 after the spouting member 2 is removed. That is, the container body 10 is in an open state (unsealed state) via the attachment member 4. From the viewpoint of preventing leakage of the contents from the attachment member 4, it is preferable that the attachment member 4 after removing the pouring member 2 closes the opening on the outward side of the through hole in the outflow direction V in the insertion fixing part 41. For such closing, a lid, a cap, or the like capable of closing the opening on the outward side of the outflow direction V is used.
[0030] The mounting member 4 may have a flexible valve that blocks the through hole of the insertion fixing part 41 and has a slit in the center. This flexible valve is pressed and deformed toward the outflow direction of the through hole by the internal pressure of the container body 10, and can maintain the closed state of the through hole by resisting the opening of the slit until the internal pressure becomes sufficiently high due to the flexibility of the valve. That is, the flexible valve blocks the flow path of the contents in the through hole until the internal pressure of the container body 10 becomes a predetermined value or more and the slit opens. The flexible valve is formed of an elastically deformable material such as rubber. Examples of flexible valves include those described in JP-T-2002-530253, JP-T-2016-533986, and JP-T-2018-530482. When the mounting member 4 includes a flexible valve, the flexible valve may be provided at an opening on the outer side of the through hole in the outflow direction V or an opening on the inner side of the outflow direction V, or may be provided between these two openings. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 2 described above, when the mounting member 4 includes a flexible valve, the flexible valve is preferably provided on the inner side of the outflow direction V from a portion where the insertion tube portion 21 of the pouring member 2 is inserted. In addition, when a flexible valve is provided at the opening outside the outflow direction V of the through hole, the end portion on the inner side of the outflow direction of the insertion tube portion 21 may be made to be attachable to the fixed portion 41 of the pouring member 2 by fitting into a fitting recess provided in the flange portion 42.
[0031] There are no particular limitations on the material from which the mounting member 4 is formed. From the viewpoint of making it easier to recycle the refillable container 1, the mounting member 4 may be made of the same material as the sheet material from which the container body 10 is formed. In this case, the mounting member 4 and the container body 10 can be recycled without being separated.
[0032] There are no particular limitations on the spouting member 2 that can spout out the contents and can be used as the spouting member 2 attached to the mounting member 4 of the refill container 1. Details of the spouting member will be described later.
[0033] As described above, the refillable container 1 of this embodiment is used in a state in which the spouting member 2 is attached to the mounting member 4. That is, the contents can be made to flow out through the attached spouting member 2, thereby enabling refilling of the refillable container. The refill container 1 of this embodiment has an attachment member 4, so that the spouting member 2 can be easily attached. In addition, any spouting member 2 that can be attached to the attachment member 4 can be used, so the user can freely select the form of the spouting member 2. In other words, the refill container 1 of this embodiment can use different spouting members 2 depending on the remaining amount and physical properties of the contents and the form of the refilled container. Therefore, the refill container 1 of this embodiment is easy to use when discharging the contents during refilling. Furthermore, since the spouting member 2 can be attached detachably, it is possible to reuse the spouting member 2. For example, the spouting member 2 removed from a used refill container 1 can be used for another refill container 1.
[0034] The container body 10 of the refillable container 1 does not necessarily have to originally be provided with the pouring member 2. In this case, the refillable container 1 is used by later attaching the pouring member 2. This makes it possible to prevent the weight of the refillable container 1, which has a larger capacity than the refilled container before use, from being applied to the pouring member 2, and effectively prevents the pouring member 2 from being damaged. Furthermore, by not providing the pouring member 2, the container body 10 formed from the sheet material can be efficiently manufactured.
[0035] The refillable container 1 may be one in which the container body 10 is originally equipped with the spouting member 2. In this case, the spouting member 2 is originally attached to the attachment member 4 provided on the container body 10. In such a refillable container 1, the spouting member 2 originally attached can be removed from the attachment member 4.
[0036] The refillable container 1 of this embodiment has a mark (hereinafter also referred to as a "fixing point mark") indicating a fixing point for attaching the spouting member 2 on the surface of the container body 10. That is, the refillable container 1 has the fixing point mark at the location where the above-mentioned attachment member 4 is provided. In this embodiment, the container body 10 has a corner 19 in which one corner on the upper edge side of the pair of side walls 11a, 11b is obliquely cut out, and the corner 19 is provided with an attachment member 4 (not shown), and has a fixing point indicator 5 along the edge of the corner 19. When the spouting member 2 is fixed to the fixing point indicator 5, the flow direction of the contents in the spouting member 2 intersects with the height direction Z of the container body 10. Such a fixing point indicator 5 is also simply referred to as the "upper indicator 5" below. In addition, the container body 10 of this embodiment has two attachment members 4 provided on the front side wall 11a, and has fixing point indicators 6a, 6b at the position of the attachment member 4. When the spouting member 2 is fixed to the fixing point indicators 6a, 6b, the flow direction of the contents in the spouting member 2 is substantially the same as the direction perpendicular to the height direction Z of the container body 10, that is, the horizontal direction. The fixing point indicators 6a, 6b are hereinafter also referred to simply as "wall indicators 6a, 6b." The container body 10 of this embodiment has an attachment member 4a and a first wall indicator 6a located near the center of the height of the container body 10, and an attachment member 4a and a second wall indicator 6b located closer to the bottom (crotch portion 14) than the wall indicator 6a. Since the container body 10 has the fixing point indication, the user can easily grasp the attachment point of the attachment member 4 on the container body 10, and can easily perform the attachment operation.
[0037] As shown in FIG. 1, the container body 10 of this embodiment is provided with the attachment members 4 at multiple locations. In this case, the fixed locations at which the dispensing member 2 is attached can be made different, providing a high degree of freedom in terms of how the contents are dispensed. For example, in the refill container 1 of this embodiment, when the dispensing member 2 is attached to the attachment members 4a, 4b located at either the first or second wall surface markings 6a, 6b, the contents can be dispensed while the refill container 1 is standing upright. This allows the contents to be dispensed without lifting the refill container 1, so that the refilling work can be easily performed even if the capacity (remaining amount) of the contents is large. This effect is effective in that even users with low physical functions such as elderly people can smoothly perform the refilling work, and is excellent in universal design. As described above, by providing the attachment members 4 at multiple locations, the way in which the contents are dispensed can be adapted to the desired conditions of the user. For example, when it is desired to increase the flow rate when discharging the contents from the refill container 1 shown in FIG. 1, the attachment member 4a located at the first wall surface marking 6a can be selected as the fixing location of the dispensing member 2. Furthermore, for example, when refilling is performed with both hands, the attachment member 4 located at the upper marking 5 can be selected as the fixing point of the dispensing member 2 in terms of improving operability.
[0038] In order to ensure the above-mentioned effects, it is preferable that in the refillable container 1, the multiple mounting members 4 differ from one another in at least one of the positions in the height direction Z of the container body 10 and the horizontal position. In the refill container 1 of this embodiment, the height positions of the mounting members 4 provided at the positions of the upper mark 5 and the first and second wall marks 6a and 6b are different from each other. That is, the positions of the mounting members 4 in the height direction Z of the container body 10 are different from each other. In such a refill container 1, when the contents are filled to the fullest, the spouting member 2 can be attached to the mounting member 4 provided at the position of the upper mark 5 and used. Also, when the remaining amount of the contents is about 2 / 3, the spouting member 2 can be attached to the mounting member 4a provided at the position of the first wall mark 6a and used (see FIG. 3), and when the remaining amount of the contents is about 1 / 3, the spouting member 2 can be attached to the mounting member 4 provided at the position of the second wall mark 6b and used. In this way, when the refill container 1 has the attachment members 4 at multiple locations, the spouting member 2 can be attached and removed from one attachment member to another. This makes it possible to change the attachment location of the spouting member 2 depending on, for example, the remaining amount of the contents, making the refilling process easier. This effect is more effective the larger the capacity of the refill container 1.
[0039] The number of attachment members 4 that the refill container 1 has is not particularly limited, and may be two or more, or may be three or more. In addition, there is no particular limitation on the position of the fixing point indication on the container body 10. From the viewpoint of easier removal of the contents, it is preferable that the position of the attachment member 4 on the container body 10 is lower than the central position that divides the height of the container body 10 into two equal parts.
[0040] The container body 10 of this embodiment is made to be capable of adjusting the internal volume according to the remaining amount of the contents. "Adjustable internal volume" means that the storage volume inside the container body 10 can be changed, and specifically, the storage volume can be reduced by deforming or partially cutting off the container body 10. The container body 10 of this embodiment is made of a flexible sheet material, and is therefore foldable. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the container body 10 can be partially folded to adjust the internal volume of the container body 10. This allows the refill container 1 to be reduced in volume according to the remaining amount of the contents even if the capacity of the refill container 1 is large, and therefore the large-capacity refill container 1 can be made compact, and the refilling work can be performed more easily due to the compactification. In addition, the refill container 1 can be gradually made smaller according to the remaining amount of the contents, which improves the freedom of placement of the refill container 1. When the through hole of the mounting member 4 at the position of the upper marking 5 has been opened (when the lid body 43 has been removed), it is preferable that the container body 10 of this embodiment is configured so that the contents do not leak out of the container body 10 through the through hole of the mounting member 4 at the position of the upper marking 5 by partially folding the container body 10 as shown in Figure 3.
[0041] From the viewpoint of making the container body 10 compact according to the remaining amount of the contents and making it easier to grasp the remaining amount, it is preferable that the refill container 1 is made divisible or separable into a plurality of small-capacity portions s each having a capacity equivalent to the amount of refilling for one refilling of the refilled container (hereinafter, also simply referred to as "refilling capacity"). As such a configuration, in the refill container 1 of this embodiment, two division lines 17a, 17b extending in the width direction X are displayed on the front side wall 11a of the container body 10. The two division lines 17a, 17b extend over the entire width of the front side wall 11a, and are positioned differently from each other in the height direction Z. By folding the container body 10 along these two division lines 17a, 17b, the internal volume of the container body 10 can be divided into three small-capacity portions s. In other words, the internal volume of the container body 10 can be divided into three refilling capacities by the two division lines 17a, 17b. In the container body 10 of this embodiment, the storage spaces of adjacent small-capacity portions s are continuous with each other via division lines 17a and 17b.
[0042] From the viewpoint of further improving recyclability, the refillable container 1 is preferably provided with a separation auxiliary means for easily separating the attachment member 4 from the container body 10. The separation auxiliary means in this embodiment are the above-mentioned fixing position indications 5, 6a, 6b. The attachment member 4 can be removed by cutting the container body 10 along the contours of the fixing position indications 5, 6a, 6b. In particular, when the sheet material forming the container body 10 and the pouring member 2 are formed of different materials, the sheet material and the pouring member 2 can be easily separated, resulting in excellent recyclability. The container body 10 can be easily cut by using a flexible sheet such as an easy-to-open film. As the separation assisting means, a mark showing the portion of the container body 10 to be cut out together with the mounting member 4 can be preferably used. Such a mark may be a cut line shown by a dotted line.
[0043] From the viewpoint of facilitating recycling, it is preferable that the container body 10 has a display on its surface regarding the recycling method or sorting method of the refill container 1. As shown in Figs. 1 and 3, the container body 10 of this embodiment has a display 9 regarding the recycling method or sorting method (hereinafter also referred to as "recycling display 9") at the lower end of the front wall 11a. The recycling display 9 expresses recycling information using characters, figures, pictograms, images, etc. The recycling information is information regarding the fact that the container body 10 is recyclable, the recycling method of the container body 10, classification when the container body 10 is separated and disposed of, etc.
[0044] As mentioned above, when the sheet material forming the container body 10 and the mounting member 4 is formed from a single resin material, it is preferable that it has a recycle mark 9 indicating recycling information such as "mono-material recyclable." Furthermore, if the sheet material forming the container body 10 is formed of multiple resin layers and these layers are peelable, it is preferable for the sheet material to have a recycle mark 9 indicating how to peel off these layers and dispose of them separately. Such a recycle mark 9 allows for more efficient recycling at a high level according to the material from which the container body 10 is made.
[0045] The refill container 1 of the present invention is not limited to the form shown in Figures 1 to 3, and may have other forms. Another embodiment of the refill container 1 according to the present invention will be described below. In the following, the other embodiment will be described mainly with respect to components different from the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 3, and similar components will be given the same reference numerals and description will be omitted. For components that are not particularly described, the description of the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 3 will be applied as appropriate.
[0046] 4 and 5 show another embodiment of the refill container of the present invention. The refillable container 1a shown in Fig. 4(a) has attachment members 4 at each of the corners 19 and below the container body 10a. Note that the attachment members 4 fixed to the corners 19 are omitted from Figs. 4(a) and (b). The refill container 1a has fixing point indicators 5, 6a, 6b at the locations where the mounting members 4 are provided. The mounting members 4a, 4b and wall indicators 6a, 6b located below the container body 10a are respectively disposed in small-capacity portions s located on both sides of a divided seal portion 15b extending in the height direction Z described below. The mounting members 4a, 4b and wall indicators 6a, 6b are located at different horizontal positions. The container body 10a of this embodiment also has two division seal parts 15a, 15b that divide the internal volume of the container body 10a into three small volume parts s. The division seal parts 15a, 15b join two side wall forming sheets and separate the storage spaces of the small volume parts s in the container body 10a. The two division seal parts 15a, 15b are arranged to form a T-shape and divide the container body 10a into an upper small volume part s and two small volume parts s located on both sides of the division seal part 15b extending in the height direction Z. That is, the internal volume of the container body 10a is divided into three refill volumes.
[0047] The divided seal portions 15a and 15b of this embodiment have a cut line within the width of the seal portions 15a and 15b. The cut line is formed by through holes penetrating the two side wall forming sheets and arranged intermittently in the extension direction of the seal portions 15a and 15b, and the container body 10 can be separated along the cut line. For example, the upper small-capacity portion s can be separated from the container body 10 along a cut line of the divided seal portion 15b extending in the width direction X (see FIG. 4(b)). This makes it easier to make the container body 10a compact and to grasp the remaining amount of the contents.
[0048] The refill container 1b shown in Fig. 5 has a plurality of wall markings indicating the mounting members and the fixing positions of the mounting members. These refill containers 1b and 1c have a cock-type dispensing member 2e attached to one of the mounting members. In the refill container 1b shown in Fig. 5, the container body 10b has a bottom 14b, a front wall 11c and a rear wall 11d that stand up from the bottom 14b and face each other, and a pair of side walls 13b, 13b that face each other and are located between the front wall 11c and the rear wall 11d. The pair of side walls 13b, 13b also stand up from the bottom 14b. The upper parts of the pair of side walls 13b, 13b are folded between the front wall 11c and the rear wall 11d, and the upper part of the side wall 13b is tapered into a mountain shape (gable roof shape). The container body 10b shown in FIG. 5 has mounting members 4a, 4b and wall markings 6a, 6b at two locations above and below one side wall 13, and has another mounting member 4c and wall marking 6c below one side in the width direction X of the front wall 11c.
[0049] The refill container 1b shown in Fig. 5 is in the form of a gusset. The gusset container of this embodiment is formed by folding two opposing sheets of material with both side edges joined together three-dimensionally, and is a container that includes opposing front and rear walls 11c and 11d, a pair of side walls 13b, 13b located between the front and rear walls 11c and 11d, and a bottom 14b, with a V-shaped portion (not shown) continuous with the bottom 14b folded toward the side walls. Such a container is obtained by three-dimensionally assembling blanks obtained by punching and cutting thin sheet material.
[0050] The refill container of the present invention may be in the form of a pillow. Examples of pillow containers include a container in which a sheet material is formed into a cylindrical shape and two openings of the cylindrical shape are sealed by heat sealing or the like, a container in which a sheet material is folded and three opposing peripheral parts are sealed by heat sealing or the like, or a container in which two sheets of sheet material have four opposing peripheral parts sealed by heat sealing or the like.
[0051] The spouting member used in the refill container of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. Another embodiment of the spouting member different from the above-mentioned embodiment is shown in Figs. The axial direction of the pouring member 2d in this embodiment also coincides with the outflow direction V when the contents are flowed out from the container body 10 to the outside. Unless otherwise specified in the following description, the pouring member 2d is described as having its axial direction coincident with the vertical direction and a base end side of the outflow direction V facing downward. In this state, the tip side (outer side) of the outflow direction V is the "upper side" or "upward", and the base end side (inner side) of the outflow direction V is the "lower side" or "downward".
[0052] 6 and 7 includes a spout body 210 and a discharge cap 200 attached to the spout body 210. The spout body 210 includes a cylindrical outlet tube 211 and a plug 212, and is attached to the container body 10 (not shown) by inserting a base end 211d of the outlet tube 211 into the attachment member 4.
[0053] In the spout body 210, the outflow tube 211 is a member for causing the contents contained in the container body to flow out to the discharge cap 200. The tip 211c, i.e., the upper part, of the outflow tube 211 has a circular horizontal cross section. On the other hand, the base end 211d of the spout body 210 has a polygonal horizontal cross section, more specifically, an octagonal horizontal cross section. This configuration makes it easy to grip the base end 211d of the spout body 210 with fingers, and also makes it easier to perform the operation of rotating the discharge cap 200 in the circumferential direction relative to the outflow tube 211 at the tip 211c.
[0054] A male thread ridge 211e is formed on the outer peripheral surface 211a of the outflow tube 211 except for the base end portion 211d. The male thread ridge 211e can be screwed into a female thread ridge 223c (see FIG. 7) formed on the inner peripheral surface of the discharge cap 200. By screwing the male thread ridge 211e into the female thread ridge 223c, the discharge cap 200 is attached along the outer peripheral surface of the tip portion 211c of the spout body 210.
[0055] A liquid-tight portion 211f that bulges radially inward is formed on the tip edge of the outflow tube 211. The liquid-tight portion 211f is in close contact with an outer peripheral surface 225a of an inner tube portion 225 of the discharge cap 200 described below, and prevents the contents in the outflow tube 211 from leaking out to the outside. In addition, the liquid-tight portion 211f comes into contact with a stopper portion 225b formed on the inner tube portion 225, and restricts the discharge cap 200 from sliding upward (sliding in the forward direction) (see FIG. 7(b)).
[0056] 6, the plug 212 has a circular plate shape and has an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the tip edge (liquid-tight portion 211f) of the outflow tube 211. The plug 212 is supported by rod-shaped support parts 213 while maintaining a gap between the plug 212 and the inner circumferential surface 211b of the outflow tube 211 to allow the contents to flow. One end of each support part 213 is connected to the lower surface of the plug 212, while the other end is connected to the inner circumferential surface 211b of the outflow tube 211. The support parts 213 extend radially outward from one end side to the other end side, and support the plug 212 from below. The other end of the support part 213 connected to the inner peripheral surface 211b of the outflow tube 211 is located away from the tip edge of the outflow tube 211 in the axial direction of the outflow tube 211. With this configuration, it is easier to ensure the space formed between the stopper 212 and the base end opening 224a of the nozzle part 224 (see Figures 7(a) and (b)), so that the amount of the content discharged can be more easily adjusted by sliding the discharge cap 200 to adjust the size (volume) of the space.
[0057] In this embodiment, the plug 212 is supported by a plurality of rod-shaped supporting portions 213. The number of supporting portions 213 is not particularly limited. The discharge cap 200 is a member for discharging (flowing out) to the outside the content that has flowed into the discharge cap 200 via the outflow tube 211. The discharge cap 200 has a main body portion 221, a nozzle portion 224, and an inner tube portion 225, as shown in FIG. The main body 221 of the discharge cap 200 has a cylindrical shape with a top, and includes a generally circular plate-shaped top surface 222 and a cylindrical slide tube portion 223 connected to a peripheral portion 222 a of the top surface 222 . In the discharge cap 200, a cylindrical nozzle portion 224 is formed in the central portion of the top surface portion 222, protruding from the central portion to the opposite side to the sliding cylinder portion 223. That is, the nozzle portion 224 protrudes toward the tip side in the outflow direction V, and the sliding cylinder portion 223 protrudes toward the base end side in the outflow direction V.
[0058] An internal thread ridge 223c that can be screwed into the external thread ridge 211e of the spout body 210 is formed on the inner peripheral surface 223a of the slide tube portion 223 at the base end side in the outflow direction V. The discharge cap 200 is attached to the spout body 210 by inserting the spout body 210 into the discharge cap 200 and rotating the discharge cap 200 relative to the outflow tube 211 to screw the external thread ridge 211e of the spout body 210 into the internal thread ridge 223c of the discharge cap 200.
[0059] The nozzle portion 224 has a cylindrical shape and has a base end opening 224a located on the base end side in the outflow direction V, and a tip discharge portion 224b located on the tip side in the outflow direction V and discharging the contents to the outside. The nozzle portion 224 has an inner circumferential surface 224c that is continuous with the inner surface 222b of the top surface portion 222. Moreover, the nozzle portion 224 has an inner diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the plug 212, so that the plug 212 can be fitted liquid-tightly into the base end opening 224a (see FIG. 7(a)). In such a fitted state, the outer peripheral surface of the plug 212 and the inner peripheral surface of the nozzle portion 224 are in close contact with each other, and the base end opening 224a of the nozzle portion 224 is closed. As a result, the internal space of the spout body 210 (outlet tube 211) and the internal space of the nozzle portion 224 are not in communication with each other, and the outflow (discharge) of the contents from the tip discharge portion 224b is blocked.
[0060] The inner tube portion 225 has a cylindrical shape and has an inner diameter larger than the inner diameter of the base end opening 224a of the nozzle portion 224. The inner tube portion 225 protrudes downward from the inner surface 222b of the top surface portion 222, and is disposed inside the sliding tube portion 223 with a certain distance D between it and the inner peripheral surface 223b of the sliding tube portion 223 (see Figs. 7(a) and (b)). In a state where the discharge cap 200 is attached to the spout body 210 (hereinafter, also simply referred to as the "attached state"), the tip portion 211c of the outflow tube 211 is inserted and disposed between the sliding tube portion 223 and the inner tube portion 225.
[0061] A stopper portion 225b that bulges outward in the radial direction is formed on the lower edge of the inner tube portion 225. When the discharge cap 200 is rotated and slid relative to the outlet tube 211, the stopper portion 225b comes into contact with the liquid-tight portion 211f of the outlet tube 211, thereby restricting the upward sliding movement of the discharge cap 200 (see FIG. 7(b)).
[0062] The slide tube portion 223 has an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the tip portion 211 c of the outflow tube 211 , and is a cylindrical portion that protrudes downward from the periphery of the top surface portion 222 . The sliding tube portion 223 has an inner peripheral shape that is slidable in the circumferential direction and the forward and backward directions along the outer peripheral surface of the outflow tube 211. In an attached state in which the discharge cap 200 is attached to the spout body 210, the sliding tube portion 223 is disposed along the outer peripheral surface of the tip portion 211c of the outflow tube 211, and the inner tube portion 225 is disposed along the inner peripheral surface of the tip portion 211c of the outflow tube 211. In such an attached state, the inner tube portion 225 is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the outflow tube 211 so as to be slidable in the forward and backward directions relative to the tip end 211c of the outflow tube 211. More specifically, the stopper portion 225b of the inner tube portion 225 is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the tip end 211c of the outflow tube 211, and when the discharge cap 200 slides, the stopper portion 225b slides along the inner circumferential surface.
[0063] In this embodiment, the discharge cap 200 can be slid in the forward and backward directions by rotating the discharge cap 200 counterclockwise in the axial direction. This operation of rotating the discharge cap 200 causes the discharge cap 200 to move up and down (forward and backward). That is, the length of the pouring member 2d can change in the outflow direction V. The upward sliding movement of the discharge cap 200 is restricted by contact between the liquid-tight portion 211f and the stopper portion 225b, as described above. From the viewpoint of ensuring such restriction, it is preferable that each of the liquid-tight portion 211f and the stopper portion 225b has a hook-shaped cross section along the axial direction of the pouring member 2d. Further, the downward sliding movement of the discharge cap 200 is restricted by the contact between the top surface portion 222 of the discharge cap 200 and the leading edge of the outflow tube 211 .
[0064] Hereinafter, the height position of the upper edge of the discharge cap 200 when it cannot move any further downward, i.e., when the overall length of the pouring member 2d is at its shortest, will be referred to as the "blocking position P1" (see FIG. 7(a)). Also, the height position of the upper edge of the discharge cap 200 when it cannot move any further upward, i.e., when the overall length of the pouring member 2d is at its longest, will be referred to as the "maximum opening position P2" (see FIG. 7(b)). In this embodiment, when the height position of the upper edge of the discharge cap 200 is displaced from the blocking position P1 to the maximum open position P2, the discharge cap 200 is rotated counterclockwise. On the other hand, when the height position of the upper edge of the discharge cap 200 is displaced from the maximum open position P2 to the blocking position P1, the discharge cap 200 is rotated clockwise.
[0065] When the upper edge of the discharge cap 200 is at the blocking position P1, the plug 212 is in close contact with the base end opening 224a of the nozzle portion 224, blocking the flow of the contents to the nozzle portion 224 (see FIG. 7(a)). When the blocking of the base end opening 224a by the plug 212, i.e., the blocking of the flow of the contents by the plug 212, is released, the flow of the contents from the outflow tube 211 to the nozzle portion 224 is opened. This allows the contents to be discharged via the pouring member 2d.
[0066] When discharging the contents contained in the container body 10 from the tip discharge part 224b of the dispensing member 2d, the container body 10 is tilted so that the tip discharge part 224b faces vertically downward. In this state, the discharge cap 200 is operated to slide the slide tube part 223 in the circumferential direction and the forward and backward direction relative to the outflow tube 211. Specifically, the discharge cap 200 is rotated counterclockwise relative to the spout body 210 (outflow tube 211) to slide the discharge cap 200 upward, so that the upper edge of the cap 200 gradually moves upward from the blocking position P1 [see FIG. 7(a)]. As a result, the base end opening 224a gradually moves upward away from the stopper body 212, and the blockage of the base end opening 224a by the stopper body 212 is released. Then, the internal space of the spout body 210 (outlet tube 211) and the internal space of the discharge cap 200 are switched from a non-communicating state to a communicating state. In this way, the flow of the contents to the nozzle portion 224 is opened, the contents are changed to a state in which they can be discharged, and the contents contained in the container body 10 are discharged from the tip discharge portion 224b. When sliding the discharge cap 200 downward and moving the upper edge of the cap 200 to the blocking position P1, the above-described operations are performed in the reverse order (the discharge cap 200 is rotated clockwise).
[0067] In the above-mentioned operation of sliding the discharge cap 200 upward, when the discharge cap 200 is further rotated counterclockwise and slid so that the upper edge of the cap 200 reaches the maximum open position P2, the base end opening 224a is largely separated from the plug body 212, and the volume of the space between the base end opening 224a and the plug body 212 increases. By increasing or decreasing the volume of the space, the amount of the contents discharged from the tip discharge part 224b can be adjusted. Specifically, when the volume of the space between the base end opening 224a and the plug body 212 increases, the amount of the contents flowing into the space increases, and the amount of the contents discharged increases. On the other hand, when the volume of the space between the base end opening 224a and the plug body 212 decreases, the amount of the contents flowing into the space decreases, and the amount of the contents discharged decreases. In other words, by sliding the discharge cap 200 so that the upper edge of the discharge cap 200 approaches the maximum open position P2, the amount of contents discharged can be increased, and by sliding the discharge cap 200 so that the upper edge of the discharge cap 200 moves downward away from the maximum open position P2, the amount of contents discharged can be decreased.
[0068] As described above, the dispensing member 2d can adjust the amount of the content discharged by moving the discharge cap 200 relative to the outlet tube 211. The adjustment mechanism provided in the dispensing member 2d is not limited to this form. For example, an engaging protrusion may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the outlet tube 211, and a cut guide groove having a groove width into which the engaging protrusion can enter may be formed in the slide tube portion 223. In this form, the discharge cap 200 is rotated or moved forward and backward (up and down) relative to the outlet tube 211 so as to move the engaging protrusion along the cut guide groove. This operation makes it possible to control the discharge and amount of the content.
[0069] 6 has a circular plate shape, but is not limited to such a shape. For example, it may have a bullet shape tapered toward the tip, or may have a cylindrical shape.
[0070] The pouring member 2d shown in Figures 6 and 7 is capable of adjusting the amount of content discharged depending on its structure, but the pouring member used in the refill container of the present invention may be capable of adjusting the amount of content discharged by other means. For example, the device may include a means for electrically controlling the amount of discharge from the dispensing member. Such a means may include a means for detecting the amount of discharge of the contents in the dispensing member by a flow sensor or the like, and automatically blocking the flow path of the contents in the dispensing member by a valve or the like when the amount of discharge reaches a predetermined value. Machine learning may be used to control the amount of discharge.
[0071] The pouring member of each embodiment shown in Figures 5 to 7 described above is a molded product made of a synthetic resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene, or a biomass-derived resin (bioplastic) such as polylactic acid, and is preferably formed by an injection molding method.
[0072] The form of the contents discharged through the dispensing member may be liquid or may be other than liquid. For example, it may be in the form of foam or mist. When it is in the form of foam or mist, the dispensing member is provided with a means (pump, trigger, etc.) that can change into that form.
[0073] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment and can be modified as appropriate. In addition, the above-described embodiments may be combined. For example, the container body 10 shown in FIG. 1 is a pouch having corners 19, but it may be a pouch without such corners. The container body 10 shown in FIG. 1 is a pouch having a gusset only at the bottom, but it may be a pouch having gussets at both the top and bottom. The refill container of the present invention may be an inner container housed in a rigid outer container such as cardboard. Such a refill container is in the form of a so-called bag-in-box. In the refill container of the present invention, the container body may have an eye-catching label or other label affixed to its outer surface. The outer surface of the container body may be printed with a design or the like, or may not be printed. Alternatively, printing may be applied partially. For example, printing may be applied to the outer surface of the container body so as to have a transparent portion.
