Abstract

To record image information around a user while securing privacy.SOLUTION: An image capturing device 1 includes an image sensor 2 and an arithmetic device 3. The image sensor 2 is worn by a user as a so-called wearable device, and capable of detecting a flicker phenomenon of protection area lighting 4. The protection area lighting 4 is lighting installed on a ceiling of an area in which privacy of a user is protected. When the flicker phenomenon specific to the protection area lighting 4 is detected, the arithmetic device 3 stops recording (video recording) of an image (image information) obtained by photographing surroundings of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
