To provide a device that distinguishes between movement of a moving object and a user operation on the basis of inertial information of a controller when the user is on the moving object.SOLUTION: A display device HMD 100 includes: acquisition means (inertial measurement unit) that acquires a first change amount which is a change amount of at least one of a position and an attitude of a controller 200; and an inertial measurement unit (IMU) that consists of an inertial sensor such as an acceleration sensor or an angular acceleration sensor that detects a second change amount, which is a change amount of at least one of the position and the attitude of the display device.
