Abstract

To provide a technique that contributes to improving an operating rate of a plurality of electric vehicles in a delivery business where a plurality of deliverers use the plurality of electric vehicles for deliveries.SOLUTION: A delivery scheduling system 10 includes a plurality of on-board apparatuses 80 mounted on a plurality of electric vehicles 30, and a server system 200. The on-vehicle apparatus includes a first information acquisition unit 81 and a first communication instrument 84. The server system includes a storage device 220, a second communication instrument 24, a recognition unit 21, and a scheduling unit 21. The recognition unit recognizes in real time which of the plurality deliverers rides on each of the plurality of electric vehicles. The scheduling unit generates, on the basis of a recognition result by the recognition unit, a future delivery schedule including which of the plurality deliverers rides on each of the plurality of electric vehicles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
