Abstract

To provide a server device and a system for managing purchase information regarding commodities or services that a user purchased in multiple stores.SOLUTION: In an information management system, an integrated server, store terminals and stores are connected to each other over a network. In the integrated server 100, a first database 130 stores store IDs in association with commodity / service information including names of commodities or services which are on sale in the stores and codes corresponding thereto. A control unit collates a store ID and a code included in settlement information received from each of store servers 300 with store IDs and commodity / service information stored in the first database 130, to identify the names of the commodities or services that a first user purchased in each of the stores, and stores, in a second database 140, a user ID of the first user in association with purchase information including the names of the commodities or services that the first user purchased and the amount paid for the purchase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
