Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a bolt marking dispenser that is attached to an aerosol and used for marking bolts. [Background technology]

[0002] Bolts and nuts are widely used as fastening parts in a wide range of situations, including buildings, civil engineering facilities, automobiles, aircraft, and various types of equipment.

[0003] When fastening with a bolt, markings such as tightening markings are used to check for bolts that have not been tightened properly or the amount of tightening, and match marks are used to check for loose bolts. As shown in Fig. 7, bolt markings BM such as match marks are applied in a substantially linear manner over the bolt 201, nut 202, washer 203, and base material 204 to be fastened, and the tightening state and looseness are visually checked by the deviation of the marking angle, etc.

[0004] Conventionally, bolt marking work has been performed manually with a marker pen, but this is cumbersome and inefficient, and problems arise such as the labor and time required, particularly when there are a large number of bolts. In response to this, an aerosol bolt marking tool that allows for easy bolt marking has also been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

[0005] For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an aerosol bolt marking tool that includes a bolt covering part that covers all or part of the bolt, nut, washer, and the surface of the member below the washer along the contour of these parts, and a slit that opens vertically relative to the bolt covering part and through which sprayed marking liquid flows, the slit having a brushed body that faces at least the edge of the opening. The marking tool is set so that the bolt covering part covers the bolt, nut, etc., and the stem of an aerosol container filled with marking liquid is inserted and pressed into the stem receiving port to put the aerosol container into a spraying state, allowing clear marking along the shape of the slit to be performed. [0006] [Patent Document 1] JP 2014-231131 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0007] However, the marking tool of Patent Document 1 requires a bolt covering part that matches the shape of the bolt or nut, and therefore needs to be manufactured for each size of bolt, etc., which reduces versatility and may increase manufacturing costs. Furthermore, when applying marking, the work of aligning the bolt / nut with the bolt covering part is complicated, which is problematic in terms of usability.

[0008] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems in the conventional art, and has an object to provide a bolt marking dispenser that has a simple structure and is highly practical for easily and appropriately performing bolt marking work. [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] In order to solve the above problems, the bolt marking dispenser 1 of the present invention is a bolt marking dispenser that is attached to an aerosol and dispenses paint from the aerosol to mark bolts, and is equipped with a guide section that is connected to the nozzle side of the actuator of the aerosol and forms an internal slit-shaped flow path that is elongated in the vertical direction through which paint sprayed from within the aerosol in response to operation of the actuator flows, and a slit-shaped nozzle that is provided at the tip of the guide section and serves as an outlet for paint to be sprayed to the outside.

[0010] In addition, the guide portion may be composed of a nozzle cylinder that is directly or indirectly connected to the stem of the aerosol and has an internal flow path that is formed so that its vertical width gradually increases from the stem side toward the slit-shaped injection port.

[0011] Further, a discharge portion for discharging paint remaining in the internal flow passage of the nozzle cylinder may be provided in the vicinity of the slit-shaped injection port of the nozzle cylinder.

[0012] Further, a reservoir portion may be provided that is connected to the discharge portion and that receives paint discharged from the nozzle cylinder via the discharge portion.

[0013] The guide portion may be provided integrally with a cover unit that is detachably attached to an upper end portion of the aerosol container. Effect of the Invention

[0014] According to the bolt marking dispenser of the present invention, there is provided a bolt marking dispenser which is attached to an aerosol and dispenses paint in the aerosol to mark a bolt, The device is equipped with a guide section which is connected to the nozzle side of the actuator of the aerosol and forms an internal flow path in the shape of a slit which is elongated in the vertical direction through which paint sprayed from within the aerosol in response to operation of the actuator, and a slit-shaped nozzle which is provided at the tip of the guide section and serves as an outlet for spraying paint to the outside, so that the device has a simple structure and can be manufactured at low cost, and bolt marking can be performed easily, appropriately, and efficiently in a short time by simply bringing the slit-shaped nozzle close to a bolt or the like and operating the actuator of the aerosol. This makes it possible to provide a highly practical bolt marking tool. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Figure 7] FIG. 11 is an explanatory diagram showing the state in which a bolt is marked. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0016] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the bolt marking dispenser of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. The bolt marking dispenser of the present invention is a dispenser that is attached to an aerosol (spray) and dispenses the paint in the aerosol in a line shape, and is a bolt marking tool used to apply a line marking to a bolt or the like as shown in Figure 7 in order to check the tightening state or looseness of the bolt.

[0017] Figures 1 to 3 show a first embodiment of a bolt marking dispenser 1 according to the present invention. As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3, in this embodiment, the bolt marking dispenser (hereinafter also simply referred to as the "dispensing tool") 1 comprises a guide section 2 forming an internal flow path 21 through which paint sprayed from an aerosol 100 flows, and a slit-shaped injection port 3 provided on the tip side of the guide section 2.

[0018] The aerosol 100 to which the bolt marking dispenser 1 of this embodiment is attached is not described in detail, but any conventionally known aerosol capable of spraying paint can be used.

[0019] Aerosol 100 has paint and spray gas sealed in container 101, and valve body 103 is provided in the center of mounting cup 102 that closes the upper end side of container 101. Actuator 104 for spraying paint is connected to valve body 103, and when the stem of valve body 103 is lowered by, for example, pushing down actuator 104, the pressure of the gas in container 101 causes paint to be sprayed from nozzle 105 through stem of valve body 103 and actuator 104.

[0020] In this embodiment, the guide portion 2 and the slit-shaped injection port 3 are configured by, for example, a nozzle cylinder 4 connected to the injection port of the actuator 104 .

[0021] 1, 2, and 3, the nozzle cylinder 4 is provided with a connecting part 41 for connecting to the actuator 104 of the aerosol 100 on the base end side opposite the slit-shaped nozzle 3. The connecting part 41 is open on the actuator side, and is connected so that the base side of the internal flow path 21 faces the nozzle of the actuator 104.

[0022] The nozzle cylinder 4 is integrally formed with two left and right wall portions 4a arranged parallel to each other on the left and right, and an upper wall portion 4b and a lower wall portion 4c which close the top and bottom between the two left and right wall portions 4a, forming a guide portion 2, and an internal flow path 21 for the paint is formed inside the area surrounded by these walls 4a, 4b, and 4c.

[0023] In this embodiment, the nozzle cylinder 4 is made of hard plastic or the like, and the left and right wall portions 4a are formed in a deformed trapezoidal shape in a side view, and the upper wall portion 4b and the lower wall portion 4c are provided in a substantially lateral V-shape. The two left and right wall portions 4a are configured to be disposed opposite each other with a relatively narrow gap between them, and form an internal flow passage 21 that is long in the vertical direction and has a slit shape.

[0024] The connecting portion 41 of the nozzle cylinder 4 is provided, for example, in a substantially rectangular cylindrical shape, and is formed integrally with the walls 4a, 4b, and 4c that form the guide portion 2. The shape of the connecting portion 41 may be arbitrary. Also, the nozzle cylinder 4 and the actuator may be provided integrally.

[0025] Guide portion 2 forms an internal flow path 21 at one end which is connected to the nozzle of actuator 104 of aerosol 100, and guides the paint sprayed from valve body 103 to slit-shaped nozzle 3 at the other end. In other words, guide portion 2 is a slit-shaped guide means for guiding the paint while restricting the paint sprayed from actuator 104 of aerosol 100 to prevent it from spreading in the left-right direction, and for spraying the paint from slit-shaped nozzle 3 in a vertically elongated linear form.

[0026] In this embodiment, the guide portion 2 is composed of the nozzle cylinder 4 having an approximately trapezoidal shape as described above, and therefore the internal flow path 21 of the guide portion 2 has a constant left-right width but a vertical width which is smaller on the actuator 104 side and gradually increases towards the slit-shaped nozzle 3, with the vertical width being constant on the tip side and connected to the slit-shaped nozzle 3.

[0027] The slit-shaped jet port 3 is provided on the tip side of the guide part 2 in communication with the internal flow path 21, and is formed elongated in the vertical direction. In this embodiment, the slit-shaped jet port 3 is set, for example, to have the same width as the left-right width and the up-down width of the end side of the internal flow path 21. Note that the slit-shaped jet port 3 may be provided as a slit having a size smaller than the left-right width and the up-down width of the internal flow path 21, for example. In this embodiment, the size of the slit-shaped jet port 3 is set, for example, to a left-right width of 2 mm and a up-down width of 40 mm.

[0028] By providing the internal flow path 21 of the guide section and the slit-shaped nozzle 3 in this manner, the paint sprayed from the aerosol is guided into the slit-shaped internal flow path 21 that is elongated in the vertical direction, while its lateral spread is restricted, and it can be sprayed from the slit-shaped nozzle 3 in the form of a vertically elongated line that spreads in the vertical direction.

[0029] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the nozzle cylinder 4 is provided with a discharge section 5 that discharges paint remaining in the internal flow path 21 to the outside of the flow path, and a liquid storage section 6 connected to the discharge section 5.

[0030] The discharge part 5 is provided, for example, in a position near the slit-shaped injection port 3 of the nozzle cylinder 4, and is provided in a state of internal communication via a discharge port 51 provided by vertically penetrating a part of the lower wall part 4c of the nozzle cylinder 4. The discharge part 5 is formed, for example, in a square tube shape, and has an upper end connected to the nozzle cylinder 4 in a state of internal communication, and a lower end connected to the liquid storage part 6.

[0031] The liquid storage section 6 is a liquid storage section that receives and stores the remaining paint discharged from the internal flow path 21 of the guide section 2 via the discharge section 5. In this embodiment, the liquid storage section 6 has, for example, a rectangular parallelepiped container 61 with a hollow internal space formed therein, and a lid section 62 connected to the discharge section 5. When paint has accumulated in the liquid storage section 6, the lid section 62 can be removed and discarded, and then reattached for use.

[0032] By providing the nozzle cylinder 4 with the discharge section 5 and the liquid storage section 6 in this way, it is possible to carry out continuous bolt marking work while effectively preventing the paint from dripping.

[0033] As shown in Figure 1, a protruding edge 7 that protrudes forward from the lower edge of the slit-shaped jet nozzle 3 is provided on the upper end side of the slit-shaped jet nozzle 3 of the nozzle cylinder 4. This protruding edge 7 can restrict to some extent the upward spread of the paint sprayed from the slit-shaped jet nozzle 3, making it easier to adjust the marking position and preventing marking in unwanted areas.

[0034] The guide portion 2, its internal flow path 21, the slit-shaped injection port 3, and the nozzle cylinder 4 may have any size and shape as long as they are configured in a slit shape that can inject paint linearly. Also, for example, the discharge portion 5 and the liquid storage portion 6 may not be provided.

[0035] As shown in FIG. 4, when applying marking such as tightening marking or match marking to a bolt, the discharge tool 1 is attached to the aerosol 100, and the slit-shaped nozzle 3 is brought close to the bolt to be marked and visually aligned so as to straddle the bolt 201, nut 202, washer 203, and base material 204 to be connected. Then, when the actuator 104 is pressed down, the paint in the aerosol 100 passes through the stem of the valve body 103 and the actuator 104, and is then sprayed from the slit-shaped nozzle 3 through the internal flow path 21 of the guide part 2. As described above, the internal flow path 21 is formed in a slit shape that is elongated in the vertical direction with a constant width from left to right, so that the paint is sprayed in a linear form from the slit-shaped nozzle 3 while spreading in the vertical direction by a predetermined width while restricting the spread of the paint in the horizontal direction. As a result, as shown in FIG. 7, a linear bolt marking BM can be applied well across the bolt 201, nut 202, washer 203, and base material 204.

[0036] Next, a second embodiment of a bolt marking outlet will be described with reference to Fig. 5. The same members as those in the above embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and detailed description will be omitted.

[0037] The bolt marking dispenser 1-2 according to this embodiment includes a guide portion 2 forming a slit-shaped internal flow passage 21, and a slit-shaped jet nozzle 3, as in the above embodiment. Furthermore, the guide portion 2 and the slit-shaped jet nozzle 3 are configured by a nozzle cylinder 4.

[0038] This embodiment is slightly different from the above embodiment in the configuration of the nozzle cylinder 4. As shown in Fig. 5, a paint receiving portion 8 that receives paint is integrally provided inside the nozzle cylinder 4.

[0039] The paint receiving portion 8 is provided in the nozzle cylinder 4 near the slit-shaped jet orifice. The paint receiving portion 8 is realized as a space recessed below the lower end of the slit-shaped jet orifice 3, and is provided in communication with the internal flow path 21.

[0040] In this embodiment, the paint receiving portion 8 is provided, for example, by having the lower end sides of the opposing left and right wall portions 4a protrude downward in a triangular shape from the position of the slit-shaped injection port 3, and is closed by the lower wall portion 4c, and is provided in a space of the same width as the internal flow path 21.

[0041] A discharge part 5 is provided at the bottom end of the triangle forming the paint receiving part 8 to discharge paint that accumulates in the paint receiving part 8. For example, an opening and closing lid is provided on the discharge part 5, so that when paint accumulates inside the paint receiving part 8, the discharge part 5 can be opened to discharge the paint to the outside.

[0042] In this embodiment, similarly to the above embodiment, it is possible to obtain advantageous effects such as being able to carry out bolt marking work continuously, easily, and in a short time.

[0043] Next, a third embodiment of a bolt marking nozzle will be described with reference to Fig. 6. The same members as those in the above embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and detailed description will be omitted.

[0044] In this embodiment, similarly to the above embodiment, the bolt marking dispenser 1-3 includes a guide portion 2 forming a slit-shaped internal flow passage 21, and a slit-shaped nozzle 3. Unlike the above embodiment, the guide portion 2 in this embodiment is integrally provided with a cover unit 9 that is detachably attached to the upper end of the aerosol container 100 in a cap-like manner.

[0045] The cover unit 9 is integrally formed with a peripheral wall portion 91 that is adapted to be detachably attached to the upper end of the container 101 of the aerosol 100 in a fitting manner, a top wall portion 92 that closes the upper end, a storage recess 93 that is recessed in a U-shape in a planar view from the peripheral wall portion 91 to receive the aerosol valve body 103 and actuator 104, and an inner wall portion 94 that closes the inside of the storage recess 93.

[0046] The guide section 2 is composed of, for example, two opposing walls 4d arranged in parallel facing each other with a relatively narrow gap therebetween, and forms an internal flow path 21 in the form of a slit elongated in the vertical direction. The guide section 2 is arranged such that one end side of the opposing walls 4d protrudes toward the storage recess 93 while penetrating the inner wall 94 so as to correspond to the position of the actuator 104 arranged in the storage recess 93 when the cover unit 9 is attached to the upper end of the container 101 of the aerosol 100. Furthermore, the opposing wall 4d of the guide section 2 is arranged so that the other end side communicating with the slit-shaped injection port 3 faces the outside while penetrating the cover unit 9 in a straight line.

[0047] The slit-shaped injection port 3 is provided by slightly bulging outward a part of the peripheral wall portion 91 of the cover unit 9.

[0048] For example, by attaching cover unit 9 to the upper end of a conventional aerosol 100, aligning guide part 2 with actuator 104, and inserting an operator's finger into storage recess 93 to operate the actuator, paint is sprayed in a line from slit-shaped nozzle 3 through internal flow path 21 of guide part 2, allowing bolt marking work as shown in Figure 7 to be performed simply and quickly.

[0049] The bolt marking dispenser of the present invention described above is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment, and any modification may be made without departing from the essence of the present invention described in the claims of the utility model registration.

[0050] The bolt marking dispenser of the present invention is well suited for use in marking bolts when attached to an aerosol. [Explanation of symbols]
